$STEEM price is still struggling below the Hair Cut price.

It's been consolidating for a long time. The STEEM Hair Cut price is around $0.25, which means this price is the price that starts issuing $SBD(Steem Dollars) again. If STEEM price surpasses around $0.29, SBD will be fully printed.

It's really hard for STEEM to maintain above $1. I just hope STEEM price breaks 2021 ATH in the next 3rd altseason. That's all.
