So after a fantastic time capsule out in the fields my next stop was quite the opposite!
Situated on the Main Street opposite a spar. it was the stares of the locals not the sheep I had to contend with.
The front and side perimeters were protected by 7ft high (I refuse to indulge in the use of metric !) wooden fence. Where there is a will there is a way, hmmmm lets have a look at the chapel next door, oh yes the fence ended, just a small climb over a wall, and then trample through the explorers biggest enemy. BRAMBLES!
All the windows boarded over, said brambles blocking any access to the rear, bugger!
I never go for the obvious! The front door was not secured<just pulled to and wedged with a piece of wood, wow that opened easily.
No time capsule this one, sketchy and full of pigeons and their guano. Still, bloody lovely!
Bloody nosy people, they don't half get in the way! This is more like my places, full of pigeon shit.
