FIRST DAY OF WEEK:
After a hard lockdown in country all the proceedings were adjourned because of the severe Corona cases in mardan region . Due to high ratio the district was sealed and strict restrictions were followed to use the precautionary measures. To avoid covid 19 first day and preparing a case to defend it in a court in front of judge.
- AWAKENING UP AND GETTINT READY
My eyes open in morning it was 8.30 am .so i got fresh and my mom prepares a breakfast .i take a few sips of tea and ate cheese paratha with one fry egg.
*REACHING COURT GATE:
As my breakfast was done it was 9am and i was getting late for court so i rushed into my car having documents of related cases fixed today .on my way to tehsil which is mostly less than 3 minutes drive from my home.i enjoyed music and reaching tehsil gate the gate keeper policemen opne the door and enter through that gate i oarked my car in parking . My office is near to the entery gate entering to office i saw clients and my colleagues helping them and giving suggestion and advices. As i enter to office my all office mates greeted me well .and set in my chair to start my work
BUSY DAY:
Sir was on picnic with his family to kumrat because to get fresh his mind from recovery of covid19 and losing his best friend due to corona virus . So our senior sir was not available and all the burden was on our shoulders .it was a busy day with clients of mentor. There were 3 to 4 cases which was use to record the evidence in front of a judge . So i was assign to do that personally .i presented a case of extra charges on electricity bill of a poor man who was a government servent of class four . As it was a mistake of meter reader and that was proof in court the judge appreciate me on presenting it best, judge oders to take back the extra charges and grant him a relief .i and my client was happy he was not expecting that As i was coming back from the court room other senior lawyers appreciated me well on providing the justice .
LUNCH FROM CLIENT:
My client was happy case was free of cost to my client so he forced me to have lunch from his side .i agree to him finally and he call his wife to prepare the lunch in happiness of winning the case and having concession in bill of 45k rupees and granted relief of 35k rupees the bill was now 10k rupees which was a big relief by court to the client.my client wife was so happy and she prepared the lunch and give it to his son to take it to lawyers office . Lunch arrived and it was tasty and amazing with many items prepared by his wife .
CLIENT COMMENTS:
He was so happy and satisfied he prayed alot he himself had lunch with us and was telling if any help needed from my side i will definitely help you and will also suggest it to others do visit your chamber if any kind of problem related to law and to take suggestion from this chamber. My office colleagues are nice and obedient.
HAVING LUNCH:
Having lunch in office it was praying time. We all prepared for nimaz and went to mosque inside tehsil.
It was now 2 pm and court was close . We attended our client's and satisfied them .
COLLEAGUES DISCUSSION :
It is our daily routine to set together and have tea and discuss the cases and gossip with colleagues for an 1 hr to 2 hrs .every day we had a fruitfull discussion regarding up coming cases . We usually help each other having any issues in cases to clearify it . And i also discuss my tour with my friends in upcoming week to take leave from office for 1 week going to northern areas with my family in coaster car.
