Ingredients
Pointed Gourd 500 grams
Tumaric 1.5 spoons
Salt 2.0 spoons
Mustrad oil 35 grams
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 piece
Cumin 8 grams
Green chilli 5 pieces
Water - like needed
First of all I washed pointed gourds with water . After that I removed pointed gourd shells .
I had cut pointed gourds slicely. I cut green chilli and onion slicely. I washed pointed gourds with water again .
I had taken preparation for making recipe .I mixed tumaric and salt .
When mustrad oil is hot in pan , I fried onion and garlic sometimes . After sometimes I provided pointed gourd in pan. I added green chilli in pointed gourd . I fried pointed gourds at 15 minutes . After frying properly , I picked up frying gourds from pan. Thus I made pointed gourd fry recipe .
Pointed gourd fry recipe is very delicious when it is tasted . It is a homemade and easy recipe . You can try it.
