The entire Urdu community team apologizes if any mistake or omission has been committed by the Urdu community team knowingly or unknowingly during the post selection for booming vote. Urdu community team has always tried to select every active post for booming vote even if the user was writing the post even after a month so that the user can be encouraged.

The Urdu community team was giving booming reward to every post of every user due to the following reasons. The Urdu community team decided that only one booming vote per week will be given to active users. But it was seen that some users were writing posts after one or ten to fifteen days in a week and thus there are some users who were writing posts on the second to third day but even those users who write three posts in a week, the Urdu community team were giving them the one booming vote , its mean there was no single user who were getting two booming vote becuase our mission was to encourage every user of steemit if his post was acitve in urdu community.

So that if a user was active to write a post even once in a week, then he was encouraged as a Steemit user so that he would not be disappointed.

The team of Urdu community gave many instructions to each user about increasing the Steemit Power. urdu community team instructed Every user must participate in #club5050 at least.

Many users participated in #club5050 and if seen the user's wallet, it is clear that 80% user has participated in #club100 but those user who participate in #club100 three month ago, they did not transfer their steem to steem power wallet so they lost their club status but urdu commnity team saw that all user has steemit in liquid in their wallet its mean user made delay or laziness in taking participatge in any club . Urdu community team has also observed that there are some users who collect steemit for three months then increase their steemit power. but as admin i accept this laziness becasue urdu community team should strict to take participate in the club.

but i as admin of urdu community team i accept this mistake that we did not take strict action in this regards that user should participate every month in any club instead of increasing power after three e or two month .

Every month or every week the user was not emphasized on increasing the Steemit power, but the team of Urdu community considers it as its weakness that the team of the Urdu community had to emphasize on adding the Steemit power to every user at the end of every month.

• So that every user keeps increasing his Steemit power in time and no one has to object to the user in the matter of #club, but in the future the team of Urdu community will strictly follow that booming support is given only to the user who Will increase his steem power in time and be a member of at least #club5050.

• Urdu community team has also decided that only those user will get one booming vote according to the limit in a week who will write at least three original posts in Urdu community in a week and in addition at least five votes and at least daily will comment on three posts.

• If any user does not meet these criteria, then Urdu community will not select any user's post for booming who do not meet the above criteria.

• The Urdu community team has also decided that if a user delegates his steem power to the Urdu community, then the Urdu community team will give such a user two booming votes in a week if he posts at least four times a week.

• important point : if user has steem in its liquid then liquid steem will not be count for guarantee that user will take participate in club instead he not take participate in time, so every user should keep this rule in mind.user will not use the tag of #club5050 /75/100 if user not take participate in any above mentioned club.

I again apology if During the post selection, there was any kind of laziness from the Urdu community team and the rules were not followed, so I apologize to the steemit team as an admin because the booming program is for the betterment of the community and we must follow the rules together.

urdu community has Effective Power 34,875.64 SP . total delegation is 27,057.25 SP. It is good for our community if user will take participate in #club5050 or any on own choice then they will delegate their SP to community , so urdu community team is full in favour of #club and as admin community i promise that in future there will be no support for those user who will not take participate in any club in time or will not write over 2 post weekly in the urdu communty . urdu community decided that that on 15 of every month every user will be must to take participate at least #club5050. as admin I will be responsbile for it to check

Hope urdu community team this laziness in regard of selecting post for booming will be ignored for the best future of urdu community.🙏

in last i would like to say that every member of the urdu community is strenght of the urdu community and i am very much thankful to steemit team for supporting the urdu community in booming programe and i am also thankful to every user of the urdu community for delegating the steem power to urdu community . urdu community team has great hope that every user of the urdu community will coperate in this regards and will follow the rule of the booming for getting booming vote from the community.

i am also thankful to every one who commented to guide us and informed us about our laziness . i have great hope that every senior and junior steemit user will keep continue guide us that will help us to develop urdu community.
