what is the reason you want to power down of your old account and why you want to use this one? do not power down and delegate to you community and use old account here

    I can operate the old account but it is power down due to financial problems, my wife and children were sick and I have spent a lot of money that I have taken a loan. Now the loan has to be repaid. I also know the benefits of increasing power but I am helpless
