Crypto trading always is risk trading but if we trade with understand and without fair then there are big chance that we will not take any stress, so i personally feel that crypto trader always take jump into risk business, but always we must take risk to gain achieve big profit.

i am not good in trading, but i feel that if you want to become good trader then you can learn from exercise, exercise mean to make self perfect with different method that we apply time to time in trade .

trade or hold :

if you have big blance of any coin , then there is best option to use 50% asset to trade , but i will prefer spot limit method ,and if you think that your holding is short and low , then best option is that hold till to gain 50% profit , so i will not prefer short trade,,

but long term trading,, is best for those who want to invest step by step , if you will invest daily 10$ then it is best way to increase your crypto asset , so there are many people who do not have a lot of investment but i will prefer to those people, daily invest few dollar , and try to increase your crypto asset , in this way ,,your this investment will be good for long term

INVEST TO BUY $STEEM

if you want to know that which coin is best for long term holding, then my option is $steem and trx, these both coin are strong coin and has great community, and so i will prefer to you all that if you want to invest daily , then invest to buy steem dollar and trx, increase your steem holding, one day you will gain,, 1000 % profit,

in this post i shared my own opinion but before investment in any coin, it is must to make own research about any coin, always invest in crypto that you have extra in your pocket .
