I'd like to share this pen drawing of Emperor Palpitan from Star Wars. I made this drawing after watching Star Wars; Rise of the Skywalker and I got inspired to make the drawing of the emperor who I believe is the most powerful figure in the movie.
I made this drawing using a black ball point pen and Pelican paper.
Here are my steps;
First, I drew the outline of his face and cloak
Next, I shaded the cloak so it has the dark appearance of the emperor.
Finally, I added some details to his face till I got a satisfactory result.
