Here we see the Wampa attacking Han Solo.
Wait ... is that a Wampa or a Bumble ???
Han Solo shoots first.
No fear his Son Ben is close by and saves the day. Also starring C3PO, R2D2 and a plastecine Yoda.
Filmed during an Ice Storm in Northern Canada. We were snowed Inn.
This little movie was Inspired by the classic 1933 Stop Motion of King Kong. The kids wanted to see if we could make the Bumble's fur move in the wind.
The 1933 King Kong is a classic of stop motion, regarded by many as a pioneering achievement of the art form. The Kong stop motion armatures were animated under the supervision of the legendary Willis O’Brien. Miniatures made the other creatures come to life as well, including the T. Rex. O’Brien and his team famously worked on the Kong/T. Rex fight for seven weeks, and it has been a source of inspiration for both stop motion and computer animators ever since.

Thank you .... the fur does that just from having to touch him while you move the arms and head and stuff.
