Decision making, for instance, has always been a major challenge to me but I guess in life all that we have to do is to make decisions that will make us move forward.

In my decision-making, I try to think of the whole picture or status of the affair and endeavor to look at the pros and cons before and after situations. It continuously evaluates the effects and consequences of decision-making or choice-making. Indeed, some issues can be solved, and in most cases, I have to address them on my own. This is mostly because I have solved many problems for my family, close friends, and cousins. More surprisingly, I realized that it is easier for me to solve problems that you have than to solve some of my problems.

Yes, I think that with such characteristics, intelligent people do possess a quality whereby their decisions turn out to yield desirable outcomes.

Smart people are skillful in self-analysis and appreciation and thus know how to maximize on their abilities. One of the most important components includes decision-making, meaning that they are able to choose correctly and put effort into fulfilling decisions. These two cooperatives’ strategic alignment enables them to face challenges and reach their potential to achieve success.

Yes, that's true. Creativity is a phenomenon that includes not only creative work done in art but also new and productive ideas that can produce magnificent results.

Indeed, in this aspect I may lack the creativity, or should I say artistry, as one would need in order to design the next incredible invention; however, in the real world, creativity is a fundamental virtue. The real world is not always as friendly as the movies, cartoons, or games, and if one wants to succeed in life, problem-solving creativity is required. Happiness guides us and can come up with many ways if there are problems, it can handle them easily. In my everyday practice I attempt to come up with ideas every time there is a problem but competing as a young mother with a baby, little time is fully dedicated. As a result, there can be a situation when I do not have an appropriate mental state to dedicate my attention to the ideas and make the right choice.

Of course, it is more interesting to work with people who are smarter than me, because in this case, I consider that learning should take place, and I am able to learn more with the help of these intelligent people around me.

Being surrounded by intelligent people constitutes plenty of opportunities for gaining new knowledge and developing own abilities. They may give me ideas that would challenge me to engage my brain and think way better than I had ever expected. I understand that judging by the actions of the participants, I am able to improve my workflow and know-how. Also, it motivates me to aim high and become better every day whenever I am surrounded by people smarter than me.

🌟 How easily do you adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of your life? Does it usually overwhelm you or the opposite?

I must say I am an optimistic and easily adaptable kind of person and therefore don’t really find it difficult to change but Sometimes this is true because to change, I have to overemphasize on the negative issues affecting me, as well as those on the improvement of my situation. This is perhaps the reason I always avoid allowing the stress to build up so that if calamity strikes it is hard to handle. My mind seems to be more flexible as it helps me to acclimatize to both the positive and negative sides of any change that may occur. It helps me accept changes as the other side of the same coin and have some patience in going through the change process. As a downside of overthinking, it can be a barrier; however, it also serves as a safety rampart which helps to prepare for any obstacle. I find this approach makes it easier for me to prepare for changes and embrace them in a more poised manner to prevent the normal overwhelm I used to experience.
