SLC S21W6/Family Picnic

We love going for picnics and keep going on picnics, but here I have to write about a picnic with children, so this is the one my wife and I had gone with our children to Batemans Bay in Canberra, which is a wonderful picnic spot where we go often and enjoy having a lot of fun.

  

This was an overnight picnic in the first week of February this year. We planned our picnic when we bought a Tesla car, and we wanted to go on a trip by going to a picnic spot. In fact, it was a request by Rayan, my most loved one, who is 12 and loves cars.

  

Batemans Bay is a beautiful picnic spot in Canberra that is known for its amazing natural beauty and calm atmosphere. This place is a great option for a picnic during the day and at night. The greenery here, the waves of water, and the shining stars in the sky give it a magical experience.

We all were on this trip, including my daughter, her husband, and her two sons, Rayan and Ivaan; my wife; and, of course, myself, as I wanted to drive the newly bought Tesla, although we have not yet installed the auto-driving software yet. In fact, I am not comfortable with that idea, so I drove it myself, although its pickup was a little too much for my normal speed.

We have a number of picnic spots in and around Canberra, but we decided to go to Batemans Bay, as my kids were interested to see if our car covers 630 km in one charge, and they still had a few days before their school's new session began.

  

  
We did not need camps, etc., as we had booked Batemans Bay Resort. The resort is located near the beach and offers luxurious rooms, a swimming pool, and spa services. It is an ideal place for families with its tennis courts and attractions for children. Our kids loved their battery-operated cars.

When we reached Batemans Bay, it was around 11 am, and the weather was perfect. The sun was out and the sky was blue.

The natural beauty of Batemans Bay is unmatched. The greenery, calm waters of the ocean, and the surrounding hills are simply breathtaking.

Talking about the menu for this picnic, what food did you share?

We made this plan with a lot of enthusiasm. We all prepared food items. We packed sandwiches, fruit salads, chips, and some sweet snacks. However, we were booked in a resort, so most of our food came from them.

But yes, I love my rice pulao preparation. that my wife had it packed for all of us before leaving, so that was one of the items we ate as we sat at the beach. And we had homemade tea, and the kids had their canned apple juice.

There are many picnic facilities available in Batemans Bay, Canberra, that make the picnic experience even more enjoyable. There are picnic tables and benches for you to sit and eat comfortably.

We are vegetarians, but the kids could barbecue their food, and they eat chicken, and there are barbecue grills available.

Share the games and activities you did and how the children felt.

During the picnic, we enjoyed a lot of activities. We all played some games like running on the sand and frisbee. The kids ran around the beach and also spent some time in the water. The most fun they had was burying each other in the sand.

  
After this, we settled on our chairs on the sand and enjoyed the sea view for a long time. We shared our favorite food, tasting sandwiches and fruits.

As the sun started getting down, we came back to the resort and sat at the specially designed places on the private beach and had dinner. We also took out the things we had brought with us.

Here we thoroughly enjoyed the picnic and family time. As the night progressed, we felt that this picnic had become a wonderful experience for us.

The cool breeze and refreshing night of Batemans Bay gave us a new energy.

The next day we enjoyed the games available in the resort, especially Ryan and Evan played tennis and spent a lot of time on the battery-operated cars available there.

Batemans Bay is indeed a wonderful picnic spot where you can go any time of the day or night and get a unique experience with nature.

In this way, Batemans Bay not only entertained us but also made the time spent with each other special. It was definitely one of the most memorable picnics of our lives.

Finally, when we returned from there, we had memories of this beautiful place in our hearts.
