I wasn't sure what exactly to write about. I was wondering what I could give here and what I know a little bit about. After a few minutes of thinking, I decided to tell you about a meditation I've been doing for a while. I will tell you how it works, in what position it should be done, and so on. This meditation helps a lot to change your default vibration to a higher one. After a few days, this higher vibration will become your natural vibration. It's worth it.

First, you need to find a comfortable place. You can sit down, lie down, it doesn't matter. We need to be in such a position that our whole body is relaxed. It is also best to turn on the sound of the sea on the phone. For the best effect, it is best to use headphones. We breathe at our natural pace and focus only on the sound of the sea.
Imagine a box. We put into it all the things that we have a problem with in life. We close the box and walk away from it.
After a few minutes, when we are already focused solely on this and our body slowly relaxes, we take deep breaths of air through the nose and release it through the mouth. We imagine that the air we inhale through the nose is new, clean energy, and we release the old energy through the mouth. We feel this new energy coming from our body, from our legs and arms to our head. After a few minutes, when we feel more happiness in our head (it's hard to describe it, but you will feel it), we begin to breathe at our own pace.

Now we move on to complete relaxation of the body. Imagine a ball of blue light. The bullet flies to your forehead, which immediately relaxes. Then the ball goes down to our eyes, then to our nose, then to our mouth. Now our whole face is relaxed. The blue ball descends to our feet, first to the left, then to the right. Each leg relaxes. The ball goes into your stomach, you feel all the tension and the abdominal pain go away. Then the ball goes to the right hand and the left hand. Hands are relaxed. Then the bullet goes through your spine. Now your whole body is relaxed. When we are at this stage, we can now go deep into our subconscious.

Imagine a place where you feel safe. You can feel at ease here. You can feel the colors in this place and the sounds getting clearer. Suddenly you see the stairs behind you. You go down the stairs and you see the room. The room has two windows. In one window you see yourself, you see what problems you have in life and you know that you need to change it. After a while, the colors turn black and white and the character leaves us. You go to the right window and you see a new version of yourself, you know that's the version of yourself you want to be. The new version comes up to you and tells you to sit in the chair. The seat has 10 switches, pressing from 1 to 10, and with each higher number you feel your vibration increase. When you pass through this highest vibration, you breathe deeply and slowly open your eyes. Now you live on this higher vibration. I recommend that you practice this meditation for at least 21 days. You'll feel the change. I hope this helps someone.
