Greetings friends of Steemit and Shine with Steem
Our great teacher supreme buddha taught us that you should have four great qualities. If you have these four great quality within you you will never feel lazy in your works. You will never feel lazy when you are doing meditations, you will never feel lazy when you are doing studies to accomplish anything any special goal in your life. You need to have these four great qualities so what are those great qualities, the first great quality that you need to have to accomplish anything in your life and to do the things without laziness is called Chanda. If you have the desire for doing something in one way or another you are going to do that because you like it, you love it, if you love what you do or if you do what you love you will never feel lazy.
So if you are doing something that is you like that you are passionate about, you will never feel lazy. So what you have to do to kill the laziness, to do the things without the laziness. You need to generate the desire for doing that if you are doing meditations you need to have a desire for doing that without the desire if you do the meditations and do the spiritual practices without the desire you will feel lazy.
That is the first great quality Chanda. Like there are other three qualities are the Chitta, the Viria, and the Mansa.

There are some physiological relationship between both body and mind. If our blood have sugar become high we lack energy and feel sluggish or lazy. In order to be energetic one should have sufficient nourishment and sleep or rest. One has to do some excercise as per the advice of phisical trainer.

Usually I plan relaxing to avoid laziness in a gap between two tasks.
I generally break tasks into chunks and sequence the work. In between two tasks I take a nap or have some meals, drinks or snacks.

I have strategies being aware of time. I try to maintain focus and resit distractions so that my time and energy are not wasted for undesirable purposeless activities.

Normally I got up from bed quite ahead of everyone in the house. I usually do my basic hygiene. I prepare a cup of tea for me. I have tea without sugar. I do dusting of my room and little bit of cleaning of working area with duster. I sit for meditation then I usually login to Steemit without any delay. Today also I wrote a post for another community. In evening I go for a brisk walk for half an hour.

I understand that some humans are lazy, and I often wonder what they think. I feel lazy people lack self discipline and self management skills which need to be developed. To help reduce the level of laziness, time management skill is required and working with hard-working people also encourage one to be up and doing.
