SEC-S18W6/Shining with your own light

Welcome 🤗 dear friends to week 6 in the Steemit engagement challenge for season 18. This may probably be the last week of the challenge for this season and I'm delighted to share my entry in this week's contest.

This week we are looking at a topic titled Shining with your own light. It is indeed an interesting topic which I will love to share my participation in based on the tips given in it below. So without further ado please read through and see my opinion to this regard.

🌟 Do you feel that there are opportunities or occasions where you think your brightness deserves to stand out more than that of others?

Yes, I think that there are cases where my brightness needs to stand out more than that of others and a good example is cases where they need just limited number of people for a given occasion or program.

So this is a competition and only the best are going to be winners of the competition so in this scenario I will want my brightness to be more than anyone so that I will be the first choice when it comes to picking a few people.

Also, I love taking the lead when we are in a group especially when I was in school during my undergraduate studies. I always want to be the head in everything that has to do with academics and though there are other things such as social life that I'm always behind because I wasn't that much of a social animal.

🌟 Knowing how brilliant you are, would you be able to turn off your light a little to give someone else the opportunity to shine at an appropriate time? How and why would you do it?

Yes, I will be able to turn off my light a little so that others can also be seen and recognise. As I journey through the destiny of life I discover that most times we need others to remain on the part to greatness.

There is this saying that if you want to go fast you go alone but if you want to go far you go with the crowd. You will agree with me that if for any reason you have issues in life you must need people to help you back on your feet and that is why when dealing with people you are supposed to allow them to be visible too.

So if there are opportunities where I have to allow others take the lead then I will gladly do that because it is always good to have more than one person taking the lead incase anything goes wrong then the other person can be able to take over.

🌟 The Hawaiian squid does not shine on its own, it needs the help of others to achieve this. In your case, have there been people who have helped you shine or grow?

Yes, I have people around me who have helped me grow academically, physically and even financially. Here on the Steemit platform I have people who have always help me to grow as well. My journey so far has been engineered and encouraged by a lot of people.

So these persons played important roles in my life by giving me advices, supporting me and also encouraging me to push ahead. They are the reason why I'm where I'm at the moment.

So my success in life can never be complete without so many people who have played wonderful role in my life. So I'm happy to have met a lot of people that have helped push me ahead in this life.

🌟 Fireflies emit light to attract a partner, but with your qualities and virtues did you manage to have the desired partner or do you continue to emit light to find him or her?

Truly, brightness attract pattern and at the moment I want to say I have also attracted a pattern and I guess my search for pattern is over already so sooner or later the platform will know about this partner of mine when we finally make it official.

Getting these pattern was solely because of the brightness in me. She saw the brightness and then she feel in love and that was how we all started. We are still planning to make it official when every hand is kept on deck.

So yes, I have gotten for myself a desired pattern which I would want the world to know about sooner or later when we finally make our marriage or relationship official. So that is all for this question.
