I was looking for the translation of this tag... #portharcoutagain

and I found that a letter is missing in "harcout", so that it says "harcourt" which refers to a type of "farm".

I'm seeing a lot of profiles of people who are mostly inactive, and who activate and deactivate again... They are users who don't comment and yet get the votes from the small Steemcurators accounts...

But I have also noticed that it is a good idea to follow these votes and those who give them to find these gears.

It seems that there is always a lot of work because this does not rest... anyway, I think it is important that at least we always try to dig a little deeper into the profiles when commenting, reviewing posts, especially these accounts that They are rare, so to speak, although I would still have to define what "rare" is.

Anyway, I'm just trying to say that we have to be more curious... I do it every turn I have to verify in SV, and I never cease to be surprised by the proliferation of these practices.

So much goes unnoticed. Even after this thread, there are people entering their contest, unaware that her reputation is in tatters. Other steemcurator accounts will continue to vote and they will continue to withdraw everything.

Look at those Booming votes for 2 months - 80% to admins, moderators and associates. Maybe more (no energy for Maths right now).

Is there a better way? Will the corrupt always find the power that they seek?

Too scared would be my guess. Speak out and they’re no longer moderators and lose their booming nominations.

That is the problem that arises when people are very involved in things, it even happens to those who are more honest, the fear of losing some benefit. Going outside a little helps to lose any fear. It's also good to rotate those roles (you know)

Exactamente mi estimada amiga , has dado en el clavo. Tantas personas honestas , talentosas, con publicaciones de calidad, originales con imágenes propias y pasan desapercibidos por votos de curación y este tipo de cuentas fraudulentas, se quedan con los votos de quienes merecen ser apoyados. Es realmente lamentable y es algo que deberia cambiar enérgicamente. Saludos y Bendiciones.

Saludos amiga, estoy leyendo ambos comentarios que se quejan del tema de votar estos contenidos, y por cierto, es un tipo de comentarios repetitivos y no me deja de resultar interesante la forma en la que se aborda, porque veo que se tiende a creer que la responsabilidad de investigar lo que se vota es de las las cuentas con más SP, pero resulta que esa responsabilidad es de TODOS. Si cada uno de nosotros se avocara a responsabilizarse por los votos que da, e identificar el tipo de contenido que lee y que vota, seguramente los plagiaristas serían identificados más rapidamente, pero este es un trabajo muy grande para que solo sea abordado por muy pocas personas (incluidas las cuentas con más SP). Por eso repito, la responsabilidad es de todos, la conciencia debe ser de todos, porque es muy facil quejarse y no hacer nada.

This leads to an obvious question - what's @xkool24's involvement in this? He's the person who introduced this fake account and also the admin of Steem4Nigeria - a community in which this fake account has thrived and in which @ninapenda has been allocated the role of Moderater.

My involvement here is that, I am the introducer of Ukagod. And to the best of my knowledge, @ukagod is not a fake account. She is a real user, I introduced her to steemit (December 2021 - 3 years ago). If I can remember her 1st withdrawal was initiated through another of my introducers before getting her own exchange wallet. I strongly reiterate that ukagod is not a fake account.

I am calling @ukagod and @ninapenda to come and respond to this whole situation.

I want to sincerely apologise for this incidence that took place. I am owning up to this mess.

Not that I was farming with this said account, @ukagod is a real user that I always render help to. I have been the one guiding her since her recent return to the platform. She is not a fast learner and as such she gave me her posting key to assist her with justified alignment. I forgot that I hadn't logged out before sending that message.

It was our of fear that made me to deny at the initial stage. But I am owning up. I sincerely apologise for my mistake. I am sorry. I have decided not to assist any user in this way going forward.

Why don’t you admit that you’ve been posting on both accounts for months? Why do we have to play this silly game where you admit to the initial accusation and ignore all of the additional evidence I shared in my longer comment? You’ve even used the same content on both accounts! Or did you forget that? I would commend you for being so helpful and upload your own images because she’s too slow a learner to find her own but then I’d be commending her too for updating your images with some she’d already used!

Steemcurator read (and understood) what I wrote. If you admit to 10% of it and cry “oh, well I won’t help newcomers any more” like that’s all you were doing then it drags things out which is just annoying. Well, I guess it’s not just annoying. It continues to prove your true self. Your deliberately deceitful character that’s unwilling to be honest. Why can’t you just be honest?

You’ve been using her account and voting it with booming across multiple communities. It’s so obvious, just admit it!

Then you can resign from all of these communities, apologise to the admins for risking their ongoing booming support (especially steem4nigeria which is clearly being used to fill the leadership’s pockets and without you, wouldn’t have been caught) and then make yourself a New Year’s Resolution to be a better person.

The community do not support any user engaged in any dubious act unless if not known.We have worked hard to ensure this.

We wish to clarify that we have not abused the booming support with the users on the list as compiled. Having conformed with the weekly limit for a user, the frequency of articles of a user in the community tends to enable them to have a higher chance of selection, but all done by the booming rules.

Notwithstanding, the community has taken note of all the raised points here, which will ensure the distribution of support evenly and non-support to fraud when identified.

The community is ready with your great assistance to disassociate any user (admins and moderators) inclusive involved in any irreverent act.

The decision to engage in fraudulent act is purely a user's decision, and as such an entire community shouldn’t be stereotyped on the basis of a few erring community members.

I really want to apologize for the whole trouble. I take full responsibility as this was all my doing as I got Ninapenda into this while she was always assisting me. I am a real user and not a fake user. @ninapenda does not use my account, she only assist. I make my entry by myself and she has been one user I look up to and would want to blog just like her. I copied her work without her notice, that was wrong of me, although there's no justification for this action, and that is why I apologize to @ninapenda, please I'm sorry I got you into this mess, forgive me. @xkool24, it's so unfortunate you were also dragged into this, I apologize sir.
