Often times we hear people says balance diet in fact right from primary school we have be hearing and been taught about balance diet but alot of us has failed to abide or follow it due to one reason or the other. I will be refreshing our brain on what is balance diet.
balance diet is a diet containing all the classes of food needed in the body in the right and appropriate manner
Classes of food
we have the following classes of food:
1 . protein
2 . carbohydrates
3 . vitamin
4 . mineral
5 . fat and oil
6 . water
Important of eating balance diet
1 . it makes us to avoid visiting the hospital regularly due to one illness or the other.
2 . it makes us strong and healthy
3 . it makes our skin look smooth,glow and fresh
4 . it makes our bones to be strong and healthy
5 . it reduce our chances of developing cancer
6 . it makes us look younger and fresher than our age
7 . those food we need to eat balance diet are readily available in our environment.
8 . it saves cost of buying drugs since we are healthy and not sick so there will be no need to waste our money on drugs
9 . it build our immunity.
10 . it aid proper growth and development.
Disadvantage of eating balance diet
1 . our immunity will be weak and this might makes us fall sick easily since our body will not be able to fight germs and bacteria that causes disease.
2 . it causes retarded growth and development
3 . we are easily stress out because of lack of energy in the body
4 . it increased government allocation to the health department since alot of people are falling sick and need treatment because of an illness can can easily be prevented with good balance diet.
In conclusion
The advantage of eating balance diet and not junks is more beneficial to the body than not eating it.

I think if you put a little more effort you can offer us a better quality post.
For the case of a balanced food diet it would be advisable that it was more original, perhaps even experimental where you can show us concrete results, this descriptive post, where for example if you decided to expand it a little more you could explain some chemical reactions of the foods of a balanced diet that can favor the health of our body in something that involves science clearly, and contrast it with an explanation of the chemical reactions that occur in the body when we consume for example high-fat foods and ultra-processed foods.
Remember that we are paid for this work and we must do it correctly, with quality and covering a little more.
