Since I live in the village, I will share my motivation about farmers.

The farmer has won awards several times, both in terms of product quality and quantity. From the government, he also received the highest award because he was considered a pioneer in the economic progress of the local farming community.

The success of the farmer is not only for himself and his family, but also for his neighboring farmers. He often distributed his quality maize seeds to them, taught him how to cultivate good crops, so that almost all the farmers in the area lived in prosperity and the local government economy also increased sharply and was abundant.

One day, a reporter came asking, "What is the secret to your success?"

"Oh, what I did was simple. I only distribute superior corn seeds to neighbors around the plantation, ”explained the farmer with a smile.

"Why did you do that? Are you not afraid if your neighbors become your competitors, maybe even you will win the award given by the government from your hands? " asked the reporter curiously.

"I work not to get an award. What I do is manage nature in the best possible way, namely trying continuously to produce superior corn seeds. Namely corn whose seeds are fresh, sweet, big, healthy, and the harvest is also abundant, ”said the farmer.

"Remember the lessons in elementary school first?" The farmer continued. "According to natural law, fertilization occurs in plants when the pistil meets pollen through wind. This means that no matter how good the corn plants in our garden are, if the pollen from the neighboring fields is not of good quality, the resulting corn will also not be of good quality.

So, it's simple, right, to produce good corn yields, I have to help my neighbors by giving them good corn seeds too. Thus, helping neighbors, helping neighbors means helping oneself. "

No true success is achieved without the involvement of other people who help it happen. A success definitely requires the support of others. With our ability to raise and hone an attractive, honest, responsible, tolerant person who is ready to build good relationships with others.

In fact, everyone is like fertile soil, which we need to plant with superior seeds and nurture them well like corn seeds planted in fertile soil. If what we plant is attention, service, assistance, and other positive things, then we will definitely reap positive results as well.

By planting good seeds for others, at least we have become good human beings and at the maximum we will get reciprocity, either directly or indirectly. Often the results we get will surprise us!

Greetings of extraordinary success!
