I've been trying to get healthier. I'm wearing my fitbit again. Getting to 10,000 steps sometimes feels like a lot. But 10,000 isn't some magic number. Every bit of extra movement I get in, the better I feel. And it all matters.
When you see everything less than your ultimate goal as worthless, it becomes so much harder to change.
Little by little, bit by bit. I'm going to change.
