Diana wanted to beautify herself with laser treatment

People laugh when they see us wearing hats, caps, and dark glasses. They should know that the sun emits energy constantly, but when it reaches us in the form of ultraviolet radiation, it wounds us even though it is invisible and damages our skin.

I remember it was in 2013. Diana Williams a large cattle farm and dairy owner was a client of mine who was suffering from a variety of wrinkles, dark spots, and pigmentation problems. Now we all know that Australians check the weather report first thing in the morning, especially for UV, which is high on summer days, and people here buy sunscreen lotion in jars to keep at home and tubes to carry with them. In most cases, they keep asking about the SP of the sunscreen lotion that will be suitable for them.

Incidentally, we South Asians are lucky that we produce more melanin, which makes our skin darker, but the darker color contains more melanin that keeps us safe from skin cancer. But Diana was not as lucky in this matter having white skin, which produces no melanin or almost no melanin.

The result was she was facing bruising that soon changed into spider-web veins, which she thought were symptoms of skin cancer, and she decided to see the doctor immediately.

Fortunately, her doctor declared she was not suffering from skin cancer, but the spots on her skin were due to normal signs of aging skin, and the pimples were due to UV. However, in her case, some of it was caused by sun damage and caused wrinkles and uneven skin.

But like most Australians, she was scared of even that minor problem and wanted to get her skin back to normal, and she was right. Would you believe that skin cancer is the most dreaded disease in Australia because of its location on the equator?

Her doctor asked her to keep a few precautions so her skin would come back to normal. Her doctor told her that her prescribed medicines with necessary proteins will show their effect within a fortnight or so.

But Diana was in a hurry, so she met a laser surgeon, and she agreed to give her a laser surgery to remove her wrinkles and spots. She was told that her sun-damaged skin would be back to normal within a few days. Diana immediately went under laser treatment, but she felt worse as she suffered from the side effects of laser treatment.

She had mild redness on her skin, swelling, and upper arms, and she felt uncomfortable which started right after she went through three days' treatment sessions.

Now, in addition to wrinkles, she was suffering from bruising, redness of the skin, and allergies, which made her feel like itching and scratching her arms all the time. She even felt as if her lower eyelids narrowed and felt like she suffered a visual impairment.

She came back to normal in the next four weeks, but she changed two doctors, spent thousands of dollars, and she was not entitled to an insurance claim because she had no private insurance as most Australians get free treatment, but she was in the higher bracket of income, so she was denied her claim by Centrelink Australia.
