Why one day is a day and the others are just days

It seems that we have days of such power and reach that nothing can bring us down. What magic do those days hold that makes us do impossible things?

Is it that a conviction is being cultivated to the point that it becomes unwavering?

We don't know the effect that other people, the right people, have on us. Could it be that if we invite people over and they come and have a good time, that gives us more energy? Could it be that on those powerful days, weakness and deficiencies are forgotten?

Building that mindset actually happens on its own; you don't have to do anything. One day, we just feel powerful, and that's it. Our loved ones seem to play a role in this; that's why having friends or family is key for these kinds of things to happen more often. Now it would be interesting to develop a technique to achieve that superior state of mind in a planned way, because it helps overcome any obstacle.

It's a pity that I'm not one to analyze the notes I take. Besides, often reviewing my notes feels like a setback because seeing words I don’t like having written is uncomfortable. That's why the power and greatness of humanity is a constant. It may also be that it’s not always necessary, but who isn't lazy? Laziness is just the same; something happened that led us to laziness, and we don't know what. Everything happens without us being able to notice; it’s like automatic things over which we have little control.

Could it be that we can push ourselves to that place by having more relationships with positive friends and achieving things with family? Could it be that when we organize our lives a little, that strong attitude becomes easier? Order, cleanliness, going out clean, bathed, and perfumed can help generate that happiness that seems to seep into our being without us noticing.

Does it change anything if I go out and smile and greet people? Will it be different if I talk to strangers on the street?

Will it be different if I propose a new, more constant way of life and stop carrying the bitterness of the past? Who knows, but surely something can be done to extend those moments when we feel powerful, because on those days we do whatever it takes without thinking or tiring.

I think so! If you come across as open and positive to other people, they can't help but approach you in the same way. It's contagious!
