Sparks fill the air
Sowing chaos red and hot
Desolation everywhere
Fire raging in the night
Houses burning out of sight

Windstorm blowing
The landscape bare
Collapsing everything we got
Under our impotent stare
Fire scorching paradise
While the tears fill our eyes

The embers rise
Sky lanterns of fear
Our common demise
Drawing us near
