Emergence and Destruction of life ! A circle 🤔

Life on this planet seems so eternal. Isn't it?

But on this very land 5 major extinctions have already taken place. We know a little about the "Big Five" events.The last one was about the vanishing of dinosaurs.

Researchers said one day a huge meteor hit the ground and wiped out almost all major living creatures.These were animals who were subjected to natural disasters, but what about humans.

Don't worry!

Humans figure it out.No more meteors can destroy our land because we are able to treat an upcoming meteor with our mighty nuclear bombs and can destroy it.

Oh you think about the success rate.Well, scientists have already carried out similar experiments and achieved their goal.

Now you think we are safe from

"the end"

Think about it Twice...... Let's come with me to the bank of "Sindhu". No, not on this day...... Let's travel just a few thousand years ago...... You can see the marvel of Mohenjo-Daro and many other little settlements on the brims of Parushni, Ghagra and Saraswati.What a beauty is this? What creativity is displayed in the splendid settlements? We hardly imagine the level of their innovative minds.

The luxurious city supplied every essential to its residents until Amri came here....!

When middle-aged Amri with a few aging lines on his solid face appeared on the bank of Sindhu, his first glance at Mohenjo made him stunned. He tried to run off here but his feet were stuck to the land.

He couldn't blink his eyes, so the view could disappear for a hundredth part of a moment. There was a spell which that city cast on the eyes of beholder but in waves, one after another. At last, a figure of a young boy appeared from the city and moved towards him. He came near him. Amri found his features very different from him.

At the same time, he was like him and not. The boy with his sweet apple like smile talked and convinced him to come with him. The owner of a sweet apple like smile told him the greatness of the city and about the strange visitors who come off and on to Mohenjo for many businesses.

Amri enjoys the bustling life of Mohenjo for a few days and suddenly he realizes that the great city is about to ruin just like his own little village on the bank of Ghagra.
He asked his companion why wouldn't this nation do anything for the rising water level of Sindhu, which is increasing every year. The boy's smile faded and looked so strange but answered nothing.

Amri deep down knows the reason.

He thought about his unnamed village where Ghagra lowers its water, but the senseless villagers didn't bother to think about the upcoming drastic condition. Mohenjo was destroyed like it never exited until 1920 when R.D Bannerje discovered again the The mound of deads.

We discovered the whole Indus valley civilization on the edge of the river but didn't attain a didactical drop from it.

The story of the extinction of that civilization completed and discovered.Humanity manages to survive. Although Humans try their best to vanish their own species. They fought World War 1 and 2, they prepared death in the form of nuclear bombs, but extinction is not yet achieved.

I'm Sajjad, a student of environmental sciences and the Amri of my time standing near the Siachen glacier which is retracting its white trove of ice. My guide, a handsome local face man, pointed to the previous boundary of Siachen. I thought about the achievements of humans in this aeon. Life is marvelous. I, as an ordinary being, can enjoy the facilities which were not available for the kings of ancient times.

But this splendid view cast a strange terror on me. My hands and feet become lifeless. An ache occupied my body. The realization that we, ourselves, have become the biggest enemies of our mother land. For our comfort and luxury, we added tons of pollutants to our environment. Earth has the power of self healing, but until when? And is it an amiss sin of the Pakistani nation or the whole world? We Pakistanis cut off the jungles and the great nations emit loads of green house gases.

Maybe we are going to our end, but we are those fools who speed up the process.

The local guide had a strange look which I saw on the face of boy with a sweet apple like smile.

And deep down I know the solution, but I thought what can I do?

Life and its destruction, a circle complete.

Again the same occurs, until a day comes when life finds no way to sprout again.

That circle will be the last one and also an incomplete one.
