I found a post about this community and decided to check it out. I'm a newcomer on Steemit, still figuring out the platform.
Welcome to the Dream Steem Community! Welcome to the Steem!
And despite all the welcomes, I'm going to mute your post now. You're asking questions, that's good. There is definitely help and guidance available on the Steem.
So my first hint is: a blog post is more content than a sentence or a query. Our Community in particular is about fiction writing and poetry. Other Communities have different profiles. A look at the respective description and rules will help you understand them.
My second point concerns you as a person: who are you? Introduce yourself! Whether you do it according to the strict rules of the Newcomer's Community or elsewhere is up to you. But let potential readers know who is writing...
A third hint: aiming directly at paying out the possible income on the Steem as cash seems short-sighted and unpromising to me. You can build up a stake by not cashing out anything - or at least by boosting part of the rewards. Then your votes will also be ‘worth something’ and you will earn from the curation. This takes a long time; it's a process. But that's the only way the Steem works. If you want to take shortcuts, there will be little to no support...
One last thing: Steem is a decentralised platform, you have the greatest possible freedom to develop. What is not acceptable under any circumstances and anywhere: plagiarism (i.e. passing off other authors' texts as your own) and AI-generated blog posts. I would therefore advise you to refrain from both...
Feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions: here in the comments. I wish you good experiences and a nimble pen ;-))
