I received seven entries in response to my contest call. I can categorize these entries into two groups. Three entries were images generated by AI without any accompanying posts, which is okay because the contest didn't demand it exclusively. However, one entry exceeded these because, firstly, it painted a beautiful and happy picture of cultural harmony. It had a fun element that's hard to resist, and it included a sufficient description. For me, it's the second runner-up. This entry is by @o1eh
In the alternate category, I received three publications centered around the theme of cultural harmony, each accompanied by AI-generated images, as permitted by the contest guidelines. Although not obligatory, such additions were greatly valued. Among these, a standout entry was from @event-horizon. She adeptly utilized the prompt, taking the extra step to elucidate her narrative through multiple comments on her post. In other words she went extra lengths for her story narration and engagement with other participants of the contest. Against the backdrop of Steemit, her usage of the prompt is eloquent, earning her the title of the contest winner in my eyes.

Securing the position of the first runner-up is @beyondhersmile. Skillfully weaving the prompt "cultural harmony" into the narrative, she illuminated the challenges confronted by a newcomer in an unfamiliar setting. Her portrayal resonated with the warm reception extended by a diverse group, showcasing a harmonious blend of cultures.

I think your choice is correct. I also liked the entry of @event-horizon the most. I wonder if she deliberately convinced the AI to draw a mermaid in the colors of the Ukrainian flag or if it happened by accident 🙂.

I think AI chose a mermaid for a reason. In Ukrainian classical literature, there is a famous fantastic work, the main character of which is Mavka. Mavka is a forest mermaid, which, however, has legs. Recently, on the basis of this work, a very cool cartoon was created in Ukraine, and the entire information space is full of Mavka.

I'm using SteemWorld & SteemPro app to keep up with the notifications and comments. Steemit is giving everyone a real headache these days.
I didn't know about Mavka but that makes sense now. I tried giving commands in different ways but AI was stuck on the mermaid.
