Electric love at first sight

Love hits you when you least expect it to.

Cupid hides around the corner waiting for the right moment to release his arrows.

Then, when you are most vulnerable and you have decided to let your guard down, he attacks you with the invincible force of love that his mother, Venus, bequeathed to him.

The power of love is the strongest force in the universe, and especially when it is love at first sight, you can do nothing about it…

It all happened at an exhibition that was held for professionals working in the tourism industry.

He was wandering around from one stand to another, trying to get as much information as possible about new developments, trends, and technologies in tourism.

It was a very interesting event that catered for the needs of professionals and experts working in tourism.

He collected a pile of prospectuses and talked to numerous people sharing similar interests and concerns with him.

In this way, he could find answers to specific problems, and contact and interact with industry experts who could prove to be useful to him in the future.

After all of this feverish activity, he entered a big room that looked pretty empty, since nobody seemed to be in there.

Instinctively, he turned his face to look somewhere, although he didn’t know where.

It was like a secret force moving his face toward that direction.

And then, he saw her.

In fact, at first, he could only look at her eyes; he couldn’t take his eyes off hers and look at any other part of her body.

She was staring at him so intently that he stopped thinking.

He couldn’t tell how long they had been eating each other with their eyes; it was like the world had stopped moving, and time stood still.

When he finally managed to recover from the shock that her magnetic stare had given him, and come to his senses, he realized that others around him would have probably taken notice of those moments of awkwardness between that woman and him.

However, the only people who had noticed the whole thing were two other women that seemed to be the woman’s friends.

He had the impression that his mouth was left open for ages due to the woman’s awesome beauty…

Then, he started thinking over the situation, which was a big mistake, because logical thinking has nothing to do with love matters; it can only make things worse.

That woman was truly gorgeous, and the more he looked at her, the more he thought that everything seemed to be in the right place on her.

She was perfect.

Was she perfect for him though?

He was far from being a fairy tale prince, and she looked like a real princess.

After this day dream was over, what would follow?

He started having doubts about whether they could actually match in real life, since they seemed to come from two completely different worlds.

Instead of going to talk to her, he started having second thoughts, and said to himself that he had probably imagined the whole thing, and she was probably looking somewhere else, whereas he thought that she looking at him.

He quickly made his way out of the room, and continued walking around the exhibition stands.

After some time, he learned that she was a local fashion model.
