If you had to choose a life partner to make your life easy and meaningful, what would you do? |

This face of life is really important because here you can not afford any mistake. If you choose right partner so life will be easy but by any chance if you choose wrong partner then life will be become hell. The way to choose right partner is communication, yes it is easiest way to find and analysis his/her nature. More you time spend, More you will get to know that how the person is.
Do you believe in knowing everything about each other's likes and dislikes and are ready to spend time getting to know each other, or do you believe in love at first sight? |

According to me, There is nothing love at first sight, it is just matter of attraction. Love needs time to grow. When you will get to know each other's nature, likes-dislikes, when both partner share quality time with each other then only love will grow so yes it is very important to get to know nature, likes-dislikes and their thoughts basically you need to know that your compatibility will match with him/her.

Ofcourse yes it is matter of life. We need to discuss on many certain things. We should not take any decision in hurry. We are going to choose life partner not a clothes of peices.
What is important for you to know about what would be the right decision? |

Well in Indian marriage, Parents are very conscious to take decisions especially if they are parents of bride. Normally they want to know that :
• Boy is alcoholic or not?
• Does Boy smoke or not?
• What is salary package?
• What is likes-dislikes?
So there are many things which helps to make right decision.
Would you look for and prefer to have someone with whom you have common mutual interests, or would money be more important? |

Both questions are same, well to be very honest money is more important. If boy is well settled, if boy has his own house, has good job, has good salary package then all other things will be secondary and might be not to be considered as important but if boy is not well settled then all things will be considered, I have been gone through this situation.
I was not well settled so I had to prove myself in front of inlaws family then they became agree.

Here in marriage money is main things that what is job, what is salary package, does he own house or not ...looks are secondary and after marriage both partners try to match their compatibility with each and slow slowly they fall in love in many cases otherwise adjustment is popular in India

First of all thank you so much to give me your valuable comment. Well you asked me question so my answer is both partner need to talk on every things like what is future plan of jobs, savings, investment because these are major role which plays after marriage so why not discuss before marriage apart from it need to understand their nature that on which points they trigger their anger part and in which level of their can go on. There are many things which plays major role which needs to be discussed befor marry..

I would like to ask you just one question as you said you were not well settled so you had to prove yourself in front of your inlaws. Right?
That means that was an arranged marriage that needs no love but the approval of parents. And you have to prove your worth so I guess in your case money was the primary factor. Thank you!

Actually this is fact that marriage needs approval of parents in 90% cases in India. And yes Money and we'll settled is primary factor which needs to be considered by parents' side.
