In simple words, Mvest is the measurement of steem power (SP) of an account. When we power up our accounts? we use liquid steem for it. So when those Steem are use for power up, that power up is shown is your MV of your account. This phenomena is generally use in Steemit to show the influence of your account. The More MV you have, the more powerful your account will be. Let me share a complete data how MV shows your account status.

This is the data available on Steemit. They categorized the accounts according the availability MV. More MV will make you whale, and lower MV are the newbies. This is a brief views of mine and Mvest.
Let me clarify that to understand this term 2e must know about the difference between three which are STEEM, SBD and Steem Power. As we know already, Steem is the native token of Steemit platform.
Steem Power (SP) is basically staked form of the Steem tokens. We know that Vests are directly linked with Steem Power (SP) . We stake our tokens by powering Up, then our shares are actually given us in the form of Vests. Vests that we have in our account.
Liquid steem and Mvest don't have as such direct relation, but yeah they are indirectly linked. Let me show you how they are linked to each other.
We use liquid steem or steem for power up. That power up then determine the MV of our account. So if we see their is some how relation between these two. If we use more liquid steem our MV will be increased, because more liquid steem used mean more power up and more power up mean more MV.
Let me show you a table, how much steem power is equal to 1 MV and also 1MV is equal to how many Vests.

In the above screenshot, we can see that we can obtain 1758.53 vests if we have converted 1 Steem to SP. I'm going to tell you where we can see the amount of Steem we will get per 1 MVest. For that, we are going to check the Market Info sections from the Dashboard of the steemworls.
So, Above screenshot shows that we can get 568.65 STEEM per 1 million vests. That's all about the relationship between the MVests , Steem and the Steem Power.
I am here on Steemit for the last one and half year. In these 1.5 years I have given too much of my efforts to Steemit. I used to upload 12 posts per week. The reward of my work was given to me in the form of Steem, as of now. I used that steem to power up my account.
You may see the data here in this Screenshot given below.
In my total journey here with Steemit I have used 5353 steem to power up my account. It is equal to 9.414 MV: today (08/07/023).
There is a pretty easy way to determine how many Mvests we will receive if we have any Steem Power. You may receive the amount of Mvests that are equal to that quantity of SP by simply opening steemworld.org, going to delegate, and entering the amount of SP you wish to convert in Mvests. I took the screenshot that is shown below for 35,000 SP.
Let's convert 35000 steem Power into MV.
I am using a simple formula here:
568 steem = 1MV
35000 Steem = ?
1MV × 35000 ÷ 568
61.61 MV is the answer.
So an account having 35000 steem will have 61.61 MV. You may see this exact amount if we check it from SteemWorld shown in the below screenshot.
MVests are actually the measurement units of the staking of a user on the platform. We can consider them as the million vests that a user have and reflect the same phenomenon as the shares in a company. The MVests of a user are increased with the increase in SP holding, the more the SP the more will be the MVests. When a user power ups, his/her liquid Steem are converted to staked form SP and this is stored/measured in the form of Mvests.

sister you explain very well about the required topic and all the required questions were very easy to understand and also very important for all of us because it's all about the basics of the platform so you successfully answer all the questions very well in a very good way
I agree with you completely that liquid tokens or liquid steems that we have in our wallet are not directly linked with our MVEST but when these liquid tokens converts into power then they really have a direct relationship with Mvest as you have also shown by giving us a good example and your explanation is more than enough in this question as well as another two questions you also give us the calculations according to the requirement

Mvest shows the influence of our account on Steemit. We use steem for Steem power, and then our Steem power become MV. In simple, MV is the steem power we gain.
