Introduction
It’s almost Christmas and the elves at the North Pole are busy getting ready for Santa’s big night. But one elf, Clarence (voiced by John Leguizamo), is having doubts about whether he’s good enough to be a part of Santa’s team. So, Santa (voiced by Kelsey Grammer) sends Clarence to “Santa Bootcamp” to get him up to speed. At Santa Bootcamp, Clarence meets other elves who are also struggling with self-doubt.
