Liquidity is an investment method. In decentralized exchange.buy and sell is done through liquidity. Investors in Pancakeswap and other cryto markets invest in Liquidity Pool. Profit from Liquidity Pool is given to the investor who provides liquidity. In the liquidity pool is cryptocurrency is invested in pairs. for example. ali has two coins. ali wants to invest both coins in a liquidity pool. ali will invest the coin both in equal quantity. ali has a bnb of $ 20 dollars. ali has a $ 25 cake. ali will invest in a do 20 doge and a dollar 20 cake liquidity pool. Now imran has to buy Doge coin with a pancake swap of ten dollars. imran will buy Doge from pancakeswap by paying some fee. The doge that imran has bought is from the liquidity pool. ali will now be paid a fee when the doge is traded. This is how the liquidity pool works in pancakswap.

WHICH OF THEM IS BETTER?

The strengths of every wallet are it flaws. I want to have my cryptocoin safe in my wallet. Ever I heard of trustwallet and metamask. I am accumulating a little bit in them. trustwallet and metamask are secure wallets. I have seen all my friends use these wallets. I can trade both buy and sell. I buy new crypto from them.

TRUST WALLET

trustwallet is used on mobile. trustwallet is a multi crypto wallet made of binance. we can buy coin of ethereum network blockchain from trustwallet .

METAMASK WALLET

we use metamask easily With trust wallet. Metamask is an etherum wallet. The metamask is old than trust wallet More used than metamask trust wallet. metamask is used on chrome and many browsers. metamask is on mobile app.

WHICH IS BETTER

Both wallets are Good and secure. The drawback of trustwallet is that we cannot use it on chrome. Metamask is installed on both Chrome and Firefox. trustwallet is used only on mobile. I prefer trustwallet. I link the binance exchange. I can easily transfer the crypto in binance to my trust wallet. trust wallet is better for those who use binance exchange.

pancakeswap binance is a decentralised exchange created on netwotk binance . we can swap multi coins on Pankcake. Pancake is decentralised exchange. we can also store and etherum coin pancake exchange . The pancake exchange is a new exchange. Uniswap is a popular decentralised exchange. uniswap is a etherum network exchange. uniswap was created in 2018. uniswap and pancake are popular at the moment.

DIFFERENT BETWEEN UNISWAP AND PANCAKESWAP?

The first difference is the fee. The trading fee the pancakeswap exchange are very low. The trading fee on uniswap is very high. uniswap is an exchange of etherum blockchain. pancakeswap is an exchange of binance blockchains. i can also login to pancakeswap from trustwallet. i can only login to uniswap with metamask.We do not have some uniswap future compared to pancakes.
