This is my 1st post in SteemitCryptoAcademy and I wish it goes as expected. So, get ready for my first post in this community.

Bandwidth
Bandwidth is the maximum data transmitted by a network or by communication channel in unit time or specific time. e.g. Think that bandwidth is a pipe which carries water, more wider the pipe more water can be carried. So, greater the band width greater data transaction done.
In Cryto Currency the bandwidth refers to the transmission cryptocurrency data and to do transaction. Here bandwidth is important for network connection and transactions. With higher bandwidth more data is transferred and transaction are done in shorter time. Basically, it promotes the crypto world by attracting large amount of traders.
If huge amount of currency is transmitted and connection is up-to-time than more users will be attracted.
Steem Blockchain uses Resource Credit
Resource credit's manages and distribute data to perform actions on Steemit network.
Users get distribution on steemit from Steem Power(SP) whom has subscribed to it. (SP) is ownership in steem network. Bonuses are provided to people having more steem power. The purpose of resource credit is to keep away spam and other things against steemit rights and rules.
When steem users create content, vote and comment on others so it consumes steemit network and spend their resource credit to perform these activities.
Difference Between Bandwidth And Resource Credit
Bandwidth:
Bandwidth is the capacity and speed at which data transactions can flow through a network. In Steemit bandwidth is the ability to deal with blockchain and perform such action's as posting, giving vote to others and commenting on other users posts. These type of actions consume bandwidths.
Higher the steem power higher the bandwidth alloocation. More actions done with more steem power.
Resource Credits:
Bandwidth is actually measuired in resouyrce credits. It is resource required for performing an action. e.g. Table is required for specific things and difference in prices for that specific things, like fruits. Posting, voting and commenting also uses resources.
Bandwidth is according to steem power and resources are interactions or data entered by users for posting and commenting, and action as a source for voting.

You have shared good explanation. I like that you decided to be a part in the academy. Bandwidth is actually the rate at which the data is transferred from one server/user to the other one within a network. It also affect the scalability of the network.
On the other hand, resource credits are actually the credits that are responsible of our activities on the platform like posting, commenting, voting and so on.. If we don't have enough RCs then we would not be able to do these activities smoothly.
I think you should stay active in the engagement challenges of other communities before joining the crypto academy contest. Anyways, just wait for the prof's reviews.
