You're right, I noticed that there are many posts that are being downloaded without receiving a vote from @steemcurator02 and with good ratings. Studying at the academy requires time and dedication, we need support from the votes to be able to dedicate time and continue studying and progressing. It's alright @loloy2020. the steemcurators do their best to vote on posts before payout. You have nothing to worry about, the delay, as stated in the post is as a result of the huge turnout of participants. I've also gotten post voted at the last few hours of expiration 👍
