Good morning to my steemiats as they are, this week reviewing the crypto Academy I found the lesson of professor @sapwood very interesting what he talks about in it, about the rewards received for healing and how to get the most out of this situation, I honestly did not know this topic, because no one had talked about it before. That is why I decide this week to present my homework from week 5 from teacher @sapwood.

1 - What will happen if you vote before "5 mins age of a post" & after "6 days 12 hrs age of post" in Steem Blockchain?

If a publication is voted before 5 minutes after being posted, the money raised goes to a refund, and the percentage of curation gains goes down depending on the time elapsed after the article is published, if 1 minute elapses and you give the vote you receive 20% healing 2 minutes 40% 3 minutes 60% 4 minutes 80%, after 5 minutes 100% healing power.

2- How do I check how much reward of a post has returned to the reward pool in Steem Blockchain?

First of all, I should recommend giving votes after 5 minutes after the post was published since a process called window voting occurs, and it closes 6 days after 12 hours after the post was published. Knowing this, we realize that the percentage of curation received will depend on how we vote in a publication, this forces us to compete to be the first to vote after 5 minutes. We will use the following page: https://steemworld.org/ to verify what our rewards for healing have been. You will have to log in first of all on that page. then we go to the section where the posts are and select one to review our healing gains.

3- Under what circumstances a curator can earn more than 100% upvote value as curation rewards?

This part is the most difficult to explain, since the curator wins more than 100% of the vote of curation only if the post where he sent his positive vote reaches more than 16 dollars on payday and was the first to give the positive vote to this post, and if the post generated more than 64 dollars onwards you have to try to give 100% of your total among the 4 first places, so what are you waiting for to marry post trend if you want to earn good money as a curator.

In this section we are going to see our rewards for healing in advance that my earnings are very low since my sp is low because I only have 1 month on the steemit platform. but the important thing here is to recognize things and where they were located. Let's go to www.steemword.com, enter with your username, we go to the rewards tab for healing and select a random post to see what gains I have in healing and in what position I am as well as the time elapsed since it was published the article and my action of the vote button in favor.

5 - What is the role of curation in better content discovery in Steem Blockchain?

As curators we always have to be vigilant and in a constant search for quality publications since these most of the time manage to achieve high rewards at the end of the voting round which is in 7 days, if we vote for publications that tend to be successful posts The profits that we obtain as a curator increase, and even more so if we are the first to find this post. And that is our role as curators to always look for original and exclusive content.

Anything above $4 (post payout) will result in more than 100% upvote value as curation reward for the first Voter(s) band ($0- $1).

As you can see, I am in position 14 with no profit due to the nature of my account and its low SP.

To know the exact position of voting, click on voted after, it will then sort the list of voters chronologically. Then count them serially to find the exact position of your upvote.
