WHAT IS POB?
PoB is described as the shirt form of "Proof Of Brain". This concept has to do with rewarding users as they get to contribute to a token-based community system which requires mechanisms fir establishing and checking out social contents.
Proof of brain is both the reward lool, the stake-weighted mechanism(Sp) and the wisdom of the people. It further talks about a community consensus that determines the virtue of a particular content, therefore it's a decision created by the community to go through the contents created by the authors in compliance to what value the content contains.
In steem blockchain, rewards are distributed between the content creators and curators. This takes place when a post is up to 7days, every curated post pays out on the 7th day and during these days the post receives upvotes and may probably receive a downm vote and the total amount of a post payout is then distributed/shared among the author and curators in a ratio of 50%/50%.
The author's SP gets converted from SBD (pegged to 1usd)meanwhile,Curator's SP gets converted from USD.

To my knowledge, "curation" is the process whereby a particular post is being read, Cross-checked and if found valuable to the community is being voted on using either of the resources (staked weight(SP), voting weight or voting power) to distribute reward pool.
A piece of content that is being curated by many individuals, that content is called "A Curated Content" and curator's reward always come in Steem Power. A curator can as well resteem the content to share it with their followers thereby creating a connective network effectiveness.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BUILDING SP?
SP is the short form of steem power, it's an influence power which implies that the more Steem power a person occupies, the more influence. And below are the benefits attached to building of SP;
- Having enough steempower increases a user's voting value/power which enables them to curate on quality contents.
- One gets more influence in steemit platform with the help of steem power.
- You get to receive a curator's reward on the content you voted on just after the post payout.
- Holding of steem power for a long term adds to the community growth and in return favours the user.
- SP gives one the authority over post payout because without any SP you can't claim rewards.
I strongly encourage users of steemit to try and build up their SP because the benefits there in are numerous.
HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN SELF-VOTING AS A GOOD OR BAD SOCIAL BEHAVIOR AND WHY?
Self-upvoting, in steemit platform is not advisable as it is seen as a bad behavior because it doesn't create social intersection and it cannot or doesn't build up a community.
I strongly admonish users to put to an end the behavior of self-upvoting although I'm a victim of self-upvoting (not all the time though) but after going through this lecture, I have permanently stopped for good.
Why I abolish it as a bad behaviour is this, most contents on steemit which are original and have quality needs encouragement by simply upvoting it.

Steem coin is a native cryptocurrency tokens running on the blockchain which is the highest crypto in steemit blockchain one can earn. The other two cryptocurrency on steem (steem dollar and steem power) are dependent on it. And you can get to purchase steem through various trusted exchanges.
STEEM DOLLAR:
Steem dollar is an additional cryptocurrency of the steem blockchain in steemit one earns in steemit while posting on the platform which is considered to be stable. Steem dollar can be earned when an author's reward payout from a content they created. And technically steem dollar can be sold for steem by simply clicking in the drop down menu beside the SBD balance then click on market, input any amount of SBD you want to convert then click on sell. And this takes not less than 5-10 minutes to complete the transaction.
STEEM POWER:
Steem power which is the long-term investment gives value to a user's account and grants a user what we call "Voting power" which enables a user to curate on quality contents. Steem can be converted to steem power by the process of powering up and SP can also be powered down by the same process "power up" which takes 4paynents for 4weeks to convert back to steem.
TRON:
Tron is also an additional cryptocurrency added to steemit blockchain. You can earn Tron on steemit when a post you made on steemit payout after seven days. Sometime this Tron comes I equivalent amount if that of the SP.
HOW WOULD YOU USE YOUR TRX EARNED IN STEEM BLOCKCHAIN TO OPTIMIZE EARNINGS IN TRON ECOSYSTEM?
The Tron earned in steem blockchain moves directly to your Tronlink wallet. If you have the Tronlink pro app downloaded and installed in your device, create your Tronlink account and connect your tron wallet on steemit to it, it will show your tron balance just as it is in your Steemit wallet. Then if you want to optimize your earnings you will have to use any of the trusted exchanges like poloniex, binance, etc.

Learning about the system of steem &Tron was awesome, I understood the lecture quite well and have written down in my assignment all I learnt in this second task of the Beginners ' course. Steem is just like the head cryptocurrency to all other like sbd, Tron, steem power etc.
