STEEMIT CRYPTO ACADEMY FEEDBACK BY @cinnymartins

A warmth new year greetings to the steemit crypto Academy teams, the professors and the students of this great academy.
First of all, I want to avail this opportunity to thank the Crypto Academy teams for making available this medium to every participant of this community to have a say in the crypto academy so as to help the team review the progress of the academy and as well, plan future activities in that regard. And on this note, I will be highlighting on the following details:

SEASONS I PARTICIPATED IN THE CRYPTO ACADEMY

I started participating in the crypto Academy assignment during the Season 3 precisely week 5. I could remember the first assignment I participated in was a Beginner's Course by professor @wahyunhrul on the topic Initial Dex offering and ever since then, I have been participating and active in the crypto Academy since then till date.

WHAT WORKED FOR THE ACADEMY

Getting the students involved and active with activities that makes them want to learn more on weekly basis to me is the number one reason that has kept the community going and not blinking even for a minute. The crypto Academy community is one of the steemit community that has maintained consistency when it has to do with daily submission of contents from creators ever since I joined the steemit platform and had not for once broken its rank. The professors so deliver excellently on weekly basis in that regard.
In addition, its subscribers do their best in producing quality contents.

WHAT DID NOT WORK WELL FOR THE ACADEMY

YES! One of the reasons I joined the academy was to better my knowledge in crypto which it wasn't hard for me subscribing and participating in the community having met the requirements of 50 reputation and 150 SP as at then. But overtime the rule changed. It became so difficult for newbies who have interest in getting crypto knowledge to join the academy and learn and earn as well because of the requirement of powering up 150 steem every season to enable them participate in the Academy.

Following this development, a lot of active participants dropped out from the Academy and newbies were unable to join and based on this, I can say that number of entries in the crypto Academy has drastically reduced by 50%.

HOW I WOULD IMPROVE THE ACADEMY

The steemit Crypto Academy is not just a academy but a community as well and to push it forward, it demands all hands on the deck. This means that every subscribers to the Academy must improve on their own end to make it better in preceding seasons.

Starting from me, I can and would improve the Academy by firstly continuing my #club5050 subscription and secondly by giving my best in producing more quality contents in the Steemit Crypto Academy and thirdly, supporting my fellow content creators with votes no matter how little.

Also, in addition to the change I would make for the future as an individual and member of this community, I would also engage in supporting through comments on other person's posts.

MAKING SCHEMES AND REWARDS

Well, for the marking scheme, I would say that the marking scheme has been fair and deserving and I would stop at that and then for the rewards; I would say that the former was fairer than the latter; I will explain. Prior to when I joined the Crypto Academy, apart from the learning aspect of it, another thing that caught my fancy was the reward scheme.

As at then an average student with 7/10 Mark at the beginner's class gets at least $11 and at the intermediate level as least $19 while at the advanced level, he gets nothing less than $30 but this is not so anymore as the Reward has been reduced to the barest minimum hence, discouraging at the moment.

WHAT I ENJOYED AN BE WHAT I LEARNT

I've obviously learnt a lot from the crypto Academy. Before now I used to be lady who an investment was communicated to and all I could do was grab the opportunity by investing in crypto with my 5% and sit with doubt watching to see whether the outcome will be promising or detrimental to me.

But having joined the Academy, I learnt so much about Crypto even beyond investment. I so picked interest in crypto that recently I don't just invest as the acadeny has taught me on what to look out for before investing in an asset, when to invest, when to take profit, basically everything I know about crypto today is courtesy of the Academy. Joining I find understanding the charts difficult but lately I make my charts myself and the outcome is commendable. I also understand and have come to terms with the indicators, market making concept, fear and greed index, fundamental and technical analysis and a whole lot of concepts that could aid a trader in becoming better. I trade conformably now in addition to investing in crypto.

HAS THE ACADEMY INSPIRED YOU TO LEARN MORE ABOUT CRYPTO SUBJECTS? WHERE HAVE YOU EXTENDED YOUR CRYPTO LEARNING

YES! The academy has so much inspired me to learn alot about crypto subjects. As a matter of fact I don't just stop at producing quality posts based on the assignment giving in class, I go further to ask questions to a lot of users on the platform who are better of than myself.

Apart from making the posts, I also practicalise on some topics I find interesting as well as employ it in my personal trading. First of all, from the academy, I learnt the need to have my account verified before making investments and then I tried it on binance Exchange and got it verified. The academy has also taught me how to extend from just trading to staking and even now I need no help in buying my assets through P2P and it's courtesy of Crypto Academy.

Apart from trading on binance Exchange, I also trade on other exchanges like:

• coinmarketcap
• Huobi global
• Bitmart etc.

In furtherance of gaining more knowledge on crypto, I also subscribe to crypto related contents on YouTube and follow some persons on IG.

HAD THE ACADEMY INSPIRED ME TO START TRADING IN CRYPTO? IF SO, WHICH?

Like I've been explaining above, yes. The academy taught and inspired me to venture into crypto trading and I have been doing that effortlessly.
