Introduction

Dear community members, it's a great pleasure to be in contact with you again this week. The 3rd week of the Steemit engagement challenge has ended and we would like to give a summary of how things went during the contest window which would walk you through different metrics both valid and invalid and our top winners for the week.

For last week, the contest was centered on wallets where users are expected to say a few things about their understanding of the context, different types they have used, their experience with theft, how they have been protecting their assets and their preferable type of wallets.

Our participants have been able to come up with great articles displaying their knowledge about wallets and how important wallets are in the crypto ecosystem. Users have shown different wallets they are using, their reasons for choosing those, and a brief experience about them, it's a great pleasure to see a lot of the users including Steemit wallet, obviously, if you are writing in this space, the platform wallet would be one of your most used wallets in the crypto ecosystem.

Statistics of the Participation

For the just-concluded week, we have received a total of 61 entries within the contest's validity period. Unfortunately, 10 of those articles were marked invalid due to many reasons like, articles created outside the contest window, irrelevant articles, noncompliance with any club status, farming accounts and so on, while 1 article was found to be plagiarized. With the metrics given above, only 50 entries are valid. Let's see the table below.

From the chart above, it is evident that the articles that dominated fall within the very good range after occupying 33% while only 3% entries made it to the excellent realm. We would like to encourage users to improve on their entries subsequently.

Top 3 Users for the Week

We have selected the top 3 users in the last week's contest on wallets. The selection process has not only considered grades alone but general engagement with other participants in the contest.

There are some articles that scored high but didn't take engaging other entries very seriously as such they were left out of the selection. This is an engagement challenge and we hope users can engage to the best of their ability. See the table below for the selection of the top 3 users in the order of their interaction with other participants.
