Steemit was launched in 2016,on the steem blockchain.Here in steemit you gain rewards called steem and SBD(steem dollar) base on the quality and how original you content is.This platform is decentralized that is you only get what you earn.The rewards you get comes from votes on your post which is been paid into your steemit wallet after every 6?days 12 hours of posting. This reward can be exchange for other crypto currencies , can be used to build your account , exchange to physical cash etc.
What is PoB?
Rewards from steemit came from a reward pool where the content creators and curators get 65% from this reward pool. Which it distribution is a 50/50% that is creator 32.5% and curator 32.5%.
So the reward pool
Steem power and
Decentralization all make up the PoB which stands for Proof of Brain
Steem power (Sp)
In steemit sp influence the upvote Of reward , more sp more upvote distribution and it’s same with downvote.
Decentralization
This point depends on who ever is voting on a post, it’s base on your knowledge if the post is good or bad to place an upvote or downvote.
So if you upvote a post, reward flows from the reward pool to the post been voted and you see a certain amount on the post.
If you downvote, the reward goes back to the pool.The amount depends on the steem power of the person downvoting

Curation is voting or liking a content in simple words.In steemit when you write a good or quality post which most be original to get votes, other people vote on your post and you can also vote on other posts .This is not only benefiting the creator even the curator benefits from voting . Curation solely depends on the amount of sp both creator and curator have.
What are the benefits of building SP?
Sp stands for steem power ,which is like the power house of any steemit account. Benefits of building sp are;
Give more influence in steemit
Your vote worth increases
You gain curation reward building sp
Help in community building
Building sp is like banking your tokens,which you can get later
Also building sp benefits you to earn more tron
How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why?
Selfupvote first this is the act of voting on your own post so as to get more votes .
Selfupvote is not a good social behavior in that you trying to cheat yourself,selfupvote will not earn you any reward, hence you going again the decentralization policy of steemit .

Socializing in the steem blockchain you earn tokens like steem ,SBD (steem dollar) ,tron and sp posting a quality content you earn all these.
Steem
The initial coin for steemit can be traded or used for power up or exchange for other coins.
SBD
It has value in rearms of physical cash more than the steem
Tron
Tron is a coin in the tron network but it can be earn in steemit also thanks to its integration into steemit .Each sp you earn u earn 1tron too.
How would you use your TRX earned in Steem Blockchain to optimize earning in Tron ecosystem
Optimizing earn in tron ecosystem can be done with the tronlink wallet.
Transfer your tron tokens for steemit wallet to your tronlink wallet in which you can;
Stake coin and earn reward .
Swap to other coins for trading .
Freeze coin which is like banking it .
All these can optimize earning in the tron ecosystem
