Explain in your own words the delegation process on the Steem blockchain, how does it work? What are its main goals? And Is it a safe process?

First of all i would like to clear the term delegation. When we are working on steemit we have our own sp in term of rewards which we can lend to other community or user. Although we allowing other uers to lend sp from us but we have full ownership of account. Furthermore lending don't have definite period of time limit, it depends on the owner when he wanted he can take it back safely.

Now, the question comes in mind is delegating sp can effect our account? the answer would be no, it doesn't effect our account rather it cannve benefits to others whom we lending steem power.

Why other user or community need delegation?, its good question as through the delegation we may help new community or user to grow well.

When new community is built obviously it need sp to grow and for voting purpose so they request users to lend them sp, subsequently they increase the amount of vote by having more amount of delegation from other users.

So, ultimately it may helpful for community and obviously for users who can get better support.

Furthermore we can also lend or delegate sp to new usrs who can also get benefits from it. How? He can post, comments and even votes on others post and increase their voting csi which definitely helpful for user itself and also for others.

Another important thing to understand is onwer can take back his delegation?, yeah he has right to cancel delegation when he wanted as its ownership of account holder only.
Now what is requirements gor delegation, our account should have sp.

Here i would like to show how we can delegate so.

We have to follow the given below steps to delegate our Steem power to any user or community.

Step 1

Login to steemworld.org with you private posting key. A home page will open where we can see many icons like dashboard, transfer history etc. Click on the dashboard and a new page will open in the Steemworld.

Step 2

After opening the dashboard, click on the delegation icon where we have to click on the delegate option from where we can delegate our Steem power to any user or community.

Step 4

You can also revert the Steem power by canceling the delegation or clicking on the X to any user or community. It will show in the expiring delegation icon & takes 4 days to revert the Steem power into your account.

The goals of delegations

There are few goals of delegation.

  • It help new community to grow up as it need to collect sp from other users so that it may have good amount of sp which community in turn used to support other users by voting.

  • Delegation may helpful for new commers too ad it enables them to increase their voting csi and posting or comments which definitely helped them to grow faster.

  • Few people used bitbit service for delegates, as they provide them sp and get votes in return the amount of votes depends on the delegation.

Is it a sade process?

Yeah, it's sade and accoun 't holder didn't need to be worried as he has full ownership of delegation and he can take back by canceled it and it may returned to account owner within 5 days and there is mo fear of being stolen it by other users.

Have you ever delegated SP amount to a user or community before? If so, tell us, did you do so voluntarily or at the request of the party you delegated to it? And why did you withdraw your delegation?

Yeah i have delegated to communities on their request. Such as siz, stemitpk and steem fashion and style and few others too. I wanted to support these communities as few were new and obviously they need our support to grow while it increating their voting power to support users.

I did it on the request of community i didn't do it voluntarily. I have withdraw from few community because they had powe down and there is no use of support them anymore so i take my delegation back from them.

Do you delegated SP without worrying about using it as long as you collect your daily or monthly fees?

I delegated to the community in the request of the community and furthermore i have no pressure to delegate them must.

I just thought they need my help for increasedsp which ultimately improve their voting power and they may help other uers on the steemit platform.

I have never given them any time limit they can use it for the time they grew up and nor i demanded any fee for this purpose.

Are you with or against the SP delegation to the communities? Why? If accepted, on what criteria will your choice of society be based?

Yeah i am in favor of delegation steem power to the community or uers, i am not its against. Because its may little help which be beneficial for the community to grow faster on steemit platform.

Well!!! If i talked about criteria i think the motive of community should support othrt user by its voting power. Through this method a good relationship can be build between user and community too. Together we can grow much better.

Are you with or against the SP delegation to users without benefits in return? Why? If you agree, on what criteria will your choice of user be based?

I am in favor of delegating steam power to uers or communities to grow, i have no benefits associated with it but i wish if its collected for increasing community growth or uers growth it should be used. Both uers and community can get benefits from it snd till the time i had observed no loss observed after given delegation....

The weight is reduced because of the lack of Voting Power. If you vote for me as a witness, you can get my little vote.

Thank you for inviting me my lovely friend, you have presented a good post here, and it will be very helpful to both old and new to have more understanding on how delegation on steemit blockchain works.

Greetings sis @drhira

Success to you 🤗

I completely agree with you. Delegating steam power to users or communities can be a great way to foster growth and development. When collected and utilized effectively, it can bring numerous benefits to both individual users and the community as a whole. Based on your observations, it seems that no losses have been incurred from this practice. Best wishes for continued success and progress!

You are right its totally safe, thank you for your precious time

Thank you for acknowledging that it is indeed safe. I appreciate your kind words and I'm glad I could assist you. Have a great day!

Hello everyone. Giving someone the authority to support his development is the act of delegation.
The ideal situation for users would be when they first had the ability to vote on community accounts.
I have also participated in this contest like you, if you want you can visit my contest post and share your thoughts.
