Hello steemit
How are you all? I hope everyone is fine. Today I got lecture by @alphafx and it made me to do his homework so lets start doing his homework. First let me mention his homework so that we can start it.
> Give a detailed comparison between two blockchain platforms of your choice.
Before start doing the comparison between two blockchain platforms, lets first see what really is blockchain platform?
Basically it is a system where it recods the information which is nearly impossible to hack or get cheated by anyone. Basically Block in blockchain contains the number of transactions in the chains. Every transaction on Blockchain records the in the account of the participants, who is making that transaction and that record is managed by DLT.
So that was blockchain, now I have to do the comparison between the two blockchains which is the homework given by the professor. The blockchain I have selected to do the comparison is Tron and EOS. So lets start with Tron.
[========]
Tron
Tron was launched in 2017 as decentralized blockchain platform. It was launched at the ICO. Tron's was launched by tron foundation and justin sun was the CEO of it. Tron's was a successful launch because it gained alot of value within weeks after launch. Steemit joined Tron ecosystem recently.
Features
• Tron reduces the cost of the consumer by removing the middleman.
• Data on is not controlled by anyone including the government.
• Users on Tron platform have a privilege to control their own data.
• Sharing data on tron blockchain, you get other data by the sharing the first one.
Advantages
• Transactions on tron are free.
• Transactions on tron are very fast, it can handle 2000 transactions per second which is a huge number and proves its fast transaction claim.
• dApps can be created on the tron system.
• It supports the small contacts and is free of scams because no big scam is reported yet.
Disadvantages
• Tron platform is still not completely ready to be used despite the hype.
• Very large coin supply in the market place.
• Not the coin for long term invetment due to very minimal development and growth on the blockchain.

EOS
Eos is a decentralized blockchain that is used to develop and host the decentralized app on its platform. It provides the developers the facilities to develop the apps like web based on their platform. The facilities includes usage management, hosting and communication between internet and dApps. It works similar to playstore on google and app store on Apple. It has two key elements EOS.IO and the EOS tokens.
Features
• Scalability
• permission schema
• less energy consumtion
• upgradibility
Advantages
• EOS has great speed on its platform.
• There is no fee elimination on this platform.
• It is Decentralized platform.
Disadvantages
• Decentralized nature makes hard for the platform to give its 100% in a sense of updating things.
• Decentralized nature makes difficult to cancel the transactions.
Comparison between tron and EOS
First of all if we compare the nature of both platforms, both are decentralized platforms. Now comparing the speeds, EOS is faster than Tron because EOS records 4000 transactions per second while 2000 transactions were recorded by tron. Now if we compare the EOS with Tron, Tron has no fee on its platform while there is no fee elimination on EOS. If we see the Crowd sale revenue raised, 4 billion raised on EOS as compared to 70 million raised on tron. Now if we see the advantage of tron over EOS, very low fee on tron costs smart contracts transactions on a large scale. Now if we see EOS has advantage over TRON, it has fast processing speed and is available for investment which makes it more advanteous than tron which has a similar code to eth.
That's the good comparison I found between them after researching.
Conclusion
That's it from my homework in which I explained tron and EOS individually. I tried to explain the features of both their pros and cons. After their explaining, I made comparison between them. I think both have quite good future. EOS is good for investment and tron also has good future with good PR.
That’s all from my homework. This post is plagiarism free and the pics used in this article have there source attached. I hope I have explained properly. Thank-you
