Crypto Academy Week 7-Homework Post for @stream4u

Good Day Lovely Steemians, I am much grateful for the support and upvotes I have being in this wonderful community. I am also honored to undertake our noble professor's @stream4u weekly lecture.

I have being able to solve this week's homework task after going through the lecture notes.

To start with, Money is an economic commodity which is used as a medium of exchange and allowing people to get their needs in other to live a life. As a result of this it needs to be managed very well.

Money Management really entails a lot of processes. It involves planning, saving, investing and spending ones capital. With regards to this, an individual is expected to divide his capital into parts in other to fulfill all these processes. Despite the amount of capital an individual has, h or she can manage the capital. On a large aspect, money management deals with processes used to make report and control an individual’s household’s entire income. The question now is how do one mange his money?

Mostly, the problem people have in managing of money is the investing part of the money. That is the part mainly for investment. The amount allocated for investment will determine if the individual had really manage his money very well. In the crypto world, one can be able to make huge sums of profit if money is really invested in the right coin. Despite the amount of capital an individual can invest in an asset. Also with the total amount allocated for investment, it is advisable to divide it into parts before investing into a particular asset. This will aid in the proper management of the capital of the individual.

Planning for the future is one of the main procedure most successful individuals use. One needs to always plan for the future no matter the situation.

My future plan on my money management is very simple. I will ensure that no matter how small I will be earning at the end of every year or month, I will allocate some amount of my capital to investing into the crypto world. This is because the world today is being ruled by crypto. I will make sure I buy some assets, one at a time. Let’s say if I buy one coin, I will monitor to see if it’s going to move in a downward direction or it’s going to rise. This will make be to very careful in the next coin I will be investing. By so doing, I will be able to manage my money very effectively.

With portfolio management it deals with taking of benefits from investment made. With this management style, the strengths and weaknesses are compared and opportunities checked in an investment.it comes in two forms that is the active and the passive portfolio management.

The active type deals with the buying and selling of goods and other assets in other to beat the larger market. With the passive type it seeks to compare the returns of the market by imitating the makeup of a particular index.

Personally, I have no investment going on this is because I am still studying the crypto market so as not to record a lot of losses when I start to invest. However I have a portfolio I am checking out even though I haven’t bought any of the coins there. Below is a screenshot.

As I stated earlier, planning for the future is very important in an individual’s life. With my portfolio management, I am going to make investments on three assets which are; USD coin, Steem dollars (SBD) and Dogecoin. This is because I have monitored these assets for some number of months now and I can see how significantly they have increased even thou they do fall. Also these are the assets my capital will be able to afford for now. Below are some screenshot of how they rise and fall.

I haven’t made any investment because as I said I am still new to the crypto world, that’s the main reason I am taking part in our weekly lectures to know about the crypto market so as not to loose a lot when I start.

In conclusion, it is my favored hope that my solutions provided for this week’s homework by our noble professor @stream4u on money and portfolio management will be considered and taken into consideration and also get some upvotes. I am also looking forward to learning more from our noble professor.
