Introduction
The season 4 of the Academy has entered week 7 and things have been running smoothly ever since it began. Last week which is the week 6, I presented a lecture and this article would be used to give a summary of the participation of students in my lecture. Let's get into it together.
Investment through Private and Public Sales
In the just concluded week, I discussed the topic Investment through Private and Public Sales which started with the overview of crypto investment where I highlighted a few strategies and tools used in the crypto ecosystem to making the right decisions. In addition, I highlighted that many users are only used to making investments when a token has been listed on an exchange of choice.

It is still very possible for investors to put up their resources into tokens even before they are being listed on an exchange, in that case, they position themselves for huge returns when such tokens are listed for public trading. Such investment is done through Private/Pre/Public sales.
This type of investment in the crypto ecosystem is often referred to as initial offering which could be ICO/IEO/IDO. Students must understand that certain projects split initial offering into Private/Pre/Public sales. Investors must make proper research before investing in such sales as it can sometimes be risky.
Observation
Students' performance was quite impressive this week but there are still a few things to point as regards slight mistakes made by users.
Private/Pre/Public Sales (Benefits and Risks)
Many students were able to tackle this section of the task properly while some failed to give a proper analysis. The question states that students should state the benefits and risks associated with each of the phases, as such it is expected of students to create a subheading under each phase to discuss its benefits/risks as compared to each other. Some students lost a few marks due to such negligence and I hope you can pay proper attention to questions next time.
Mediums for Private/Pre/Public Sales
Well, many students were able to list and explain different mediums used for organizing Private/Pre/Public sales which range from Social media accounts, issuer's website, launchpad, and so on. That said, many homework tasks submitted lacks proper analysis in this section, it is expected that students give an illustration as regards what resources are required for participation in such sales on a particular medium mentioned. A few contents would have been outstanding if such illustration was included, simply say, these are some of the assets required for participation or give a creative illustration of how it works when we talk of crypto launchpad and so on.
Criteria for listing on CoinMarketCap
In this section of the task, many students perfectly tackled the question but most students treated it as brief as possible without proper analysis of the response. If you are talking about criteria for listing on CoinMarketCap, students are expected to be able to talk about tracked listing, unverified listing and so on, basically, a few of those things an attempt to list a token on CoinMarketCap might lead to. Kindly take note.

Conclusion
In conclusion, one of the things a student should pay attention to is that he/she is not the only one participating in a homework task, in the quest to have outstanding content, proper analysis of all sections of the task must be ensured and most of it all, students should comply with the topic of discussion. In addition, use Grammarly to take care of likely grammatical errors. Thanks for your participation.
