MY WEEKLY REPORT AS CRYPTOACADEMY PROMOTER 07/12/2021 BY @IJELADY

Last week Promotion on Steemit was really great and fantastic, I had a lot of people I helped to be active again through Training and meetup, my target last week was to help more of my Recruits to write Achievement task and participate on contest and any other activities they find interesting on steemit to grow their reputation and steem power, I am happy that many of them have reached 50 to 55 reputation now and with the help of #club5050 they have saved up to 100 sp, I had added more 10 persons in my training group on WhatsApp this week and this is making it more easier for me.

After the training many signed up on their own and many were able to make introdoction post , yes what I am doing now is to train them by where they are not general meeting again, those that are on Achievement2 and 3 i give them Training diffrent, newly recruits different to avoid distraction during training.we also had physical training with those who have finished Achievement4 and now how to write Achievement 5 task.

I organised meetup on 04/12/2021 so as to help my recruits to understand Steemit more and a good number of the came and it was really encouraging.I asked old steemians to give testimonies of their steemit journey and this motivated many to write diarygame and participated on contest.

This is December period and festival season too so I have made good arrangements for training online at least 3 times in a week because many people will travel and will not have much time for Roadshow and comming to the office for training so much of my training will be online also I have made good arrangements to keep my banner in front of our junction and at a wedding venue or foothball field where many people will gather for Promotion, with this I will be able to recruit more people to Steemit and will continue to assist those that are working hard to join cryptoacademy to reach the requirements, This and many more are my plans for this week.

In conclusion I will continue to do my best in recruiting and retaining new and old steemians and I will help the to become Promoters like me so that they too can refer their friends and family.
