INTRODUCTION
The week that just ended on 21/11/2021 was my joyous week, I was able to assist many of my old Recruits to write Achievement 2 and Achievement3 and they will complete Achievement4 this week, last week we had a lot of Achievement task waiting to be verified so that delayed some of them to move to the next task but thank God @focusnow,@ngoenyi and other greaters had verified them so they will do the rest this week,
I focused more on 3 of my Recruits that wanted to join cryptoacademy last week, it took me days to assist them and guide them to step up to that level, as we all know, the first time of joining cryptoacademy course 1 it is not really an easy task, many see it at something.imposible to do, while some approach it with fear, some of my Recruits that are qualified for cryptoacademy home work are still afraid to start because they don't need low grade so I took time last week to explain it to them and finally 3 person's make up their minds to join, the 3 are @chichieze, @nsikakedem, @lazbless, all of them are now in #club5050, having 150sp and their reputation is higher than 50.
SUMMARY OF MY RECRUIT LAST WEEK
Last week I participated for SteemAlive Roadshow which helped me to recruit few users, I couldn't recruit much because I was busy training old Recruits, I was able to sign up 4 persons and 2 did Introduction post.

MY PLAN FOR THIS WEEK
I and my team have made good arrangements for 2 weeks membership drive which will help us to Recruit more users on Steemit blockchain,I have also printed 500 pics of flyers and made arrangements for radio gingle, one person from my team want to make bill board for me on behalf of Steemit, it will be one month advert, since December is at hand, we want to do our best before people will start traveling to their villages, I will continue my 2days training in a week which is helping my Recruits to remain active , all this and many more is my plan next week.
