Hello, friends, how are you doing? You are welcome to read @jasminemary post. Steemit is a big social media blockchain Platform where we get to see new things almost every day as we keep on participating in contests or reading people's posts. Here I have shared my understanding of the word Mvest.
What is Mvest?
Mvest is what measures our Steem power per unit, which is found in Steemworld when a user is about to delegate or has already delegated his or her Steem power.
1 Steem power (SP) is equal to 1,758.675374 vests, whereas 1 Mvest is equal to 1 million vests. The more Steem power a Steemian has, the more valuable the user's vote will be because it shows how the voting power of the user will be valued.
In conclusion, Mvest is simply a unit of measure for our Steem Power, and the amount of our Steem Power in one Mvest can be found in the screenshot above.
What is the relationship between Mvest and Steem?
The relationship between Mvest and Steem is very close; it is just like bread and butter. The relationship is usually that whenever a user wants to delegate his or her Steem power or has already delegated, the person will get to see the amount of Mvest that he or she is giving out.
To this, let me first say that whenever I power up my account, I increase my Mvest, which 1 Steem Power is equal to 1,758.675374 Mvest, This means that the more Steem power that we have, the greater our Mvest, which is used to determine our Voting weight, will be.

Currently, as of the time of writing this post, my account has a Steem power of 184.308, as you can see from the screenshot image below.
Now, having looked at my available Steem power, where 1 Steem power is equal to 1,758.675374 Mvest, it means that with 184.308 Steem power, my account has 324,137.785434 Mvest, as shown in the screenshot image below.
Assuming that your account has 35,000 Steem Power, how many Mvest is it equal to?
Now, just as I have checked the number of Mvest that my account has, it is the same way that I will be checking if my account has 35,000.00 Steem power
With 35,000.00 Steem power, I will have 61,553,558.972127 MVest, which is shown in the screenshot image.

Saludos amigo, la relación entre Mvest, steem power y chalecos es muy estrecha entre todas y cada medida sera la proporción sea creciente o decreciente desde el punto en que estemos realizando la medición.
Los Mvest es la medicion mas baja que podemos hacer a partir de que los Steem los pasamos al proceso de Power Up vamos obteniendo automáticamente el Steem Power, los Chalecos y los Mvest en su unidad hasta en un millón de parte representando un chaleco.

Yes the vest is a smaller unit and the Mvest is a bigger unit of measurement of Steem power. Steem power has many benefits as it increase the value of Mvest and the upvotes of Steemit users. Your publication is very informative.

Thank you so much friend for taking part in this engagement challenge and four sharing your thoughts about vest and Mvest but just like many of the users you don't have a clear understanding and differentiation and you don't have clear concepts about difference of VEST and Mvest because Mvest is million VEST and vest is the shares and the investment that we have here at platform
It's very clear that if you don't know the definitions completely then you cannot clear the examples of this definitions so in the same way you exactly mentioned in the good way both examples but while explaining the values of VEST and Mvest you were confused totally so friend there is a need to improve your information
