Hi everyone!
The 10th week of Steemit Crypto Academy comes to an end, it ran from November 08, 2021 to Novemberr 14 of the same year. I'm happy to be working on reviewing the 10 Fixed Tasks for Beginners. Those in charge of this work are @dilchamo and myself @nane15.
For this week the teacher @shemul21 helped me reviewing some courses of some users about the end of the week.
As a special note, it should be noted that although last week comprised season 4 with the #academys4-introxx many people uploaded posts for the #academys5-introxx. If you replace the xx with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 and 10 you will find fixed courses uploaded in them.
There are a total of 10 fixed courses for beginners available, distributed among the instructors in charge as follows:
Task 1-5 are reviewed by professor @nane15
Task 6-10 are reviewed by professor @dilchamo
My summary will be about the tasks that are between 1 and 5. I will leave the courses listed in the following table, along with the total number of tasks performed for that course.
Task | Teacher | Total number of tasks |
---|---|---|
Task number 1 | Taught by the teacher @sapwood | Task 1 had a total of 50 entries. |
Task number 2 | Taught by the teacher @sapwood | Task 2 had a total of 30 entries. |
Task number 3 | Taught by the teacher @awesononso | Task 3 had a total of 41 entries. |
Task number 4 | Taught by the teacher @yousafharoonkhan | Task 4 had a total of 27 entries. |
Task number 5 | Taught by the teacher @stream4u | Task 5 had a total of 18 entries. |
Having in total 166 tasks uploaded for the courses that comprise from 1 to 5.
Reference:
The entries between 0 & 4.9 have the content: plagiarized, invalid, or below average.
The entries between 5 & 5.9 have the content: average.
The entries between 6 & 6.9 have the content: above average.
The entries between 7 & 7.9 have the content: good.
The entries between 7 & 8.9 have the content: very good.
The entries between 9 & 9.9 have the content: excellent.
The entries with 10 have the content: perfect.
In task number 1, professor @sapwood gave a class to users about the TRON network in general, trying to give them the basis to interact with said network.
Most of the students decided to answer the next question out of the three that were eligible.
(1) What is TronLink and what is Tronscan? What are its uses? How do you verify a transaction status(including timestamp, resource consumption(bandwidth & energy), nos of confirmations) using Tronscan-- Examples, Screenshot? What are the different dApps can you explore using the TronLink wallet? Make a transaction(a micro-transaction) with Justswap or JustLend using TronLink wallet?Screenshot?

Observations:
- Students can improve their overall presentation.
- The use of the markdown should be more diverse.
- Students must delve into the topics covered.
- Students take classes too lightly, often not even completing homework.
- The students have been trying a little harder.
- There is a fairly low level in users who are starting to perform tasks.
- The students improved the quality a little compared to previous weeks.
- This week there were a lot of students who dedicated themselves to this task.
In task number 2, professor @sapwood explained to his students a class about STEEM and TRON, explaining to the students the foundations of the Steemit platform and how their tokens work.
Most of the students decided to answer the next question out of the three that were eligible.
(1) What is PoB? What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain? What are the benefits of building SP? How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why? Explore Coinmarketcap.com to indicate rank, STEEM price, and coinmarketcap of STEEM(screenshot required)? What are the different tokens do you earn by socializing in Steem Blockchain? 7 & 7.9 | 9 |
8 & 8.9 | 8 |
9 & 9.9 | 1 |
10 | 3 |
Total of entries | 30 |
Observations:
- The questions that were usually tried are about what the student believed, at least in some cases, usually some opinions were deferred.
- The definitions of the answers to the questions that were given by the students have been somewhat more creative.
In class number 3 taught by professor @awesononso, this same attempt to explain to students about what the genesis block is and the creator of this block, as well as its meanings and what it implies today in blockchain.
Most of the students decided to answer the next question out of the three that were eligible.

7 & 7.9 | 7 |
8 & 8.9 | 10 |
9 & 9.9 | 7 |
10 | 2 |
Total of entries | 41 |
Observations:
- The answers were usually too short.
- Most students pass this class with ease since you answer the questions correctly.
- Students tend to use fewer Markdown codes and lower the level of presentation on short topics like this.
- The number of courses uploaded to this task is greatly increased compared to the previous weeks.
In task number 4 dictated by professor @yousafharoonkhan, it was explained about decentralization, blockchain and blocks, trying to provide a general knowledge about what makes up a blockchain in a technical way and its deeper and more ethical bases.

8 & 8.9 | 2 |
9 & 9.9 | 4 |
10 | 1 |
Total of entries | 27 |
Observations:
- The understanding of the subject in general is very good. The answers are generally quite short.
- Students are limited to answering what they read in class, although their answers are valid.
- Most of the users prefer not to upload this task due to the ambiguity of the subject, they do not generally know how to explain it.
In class number 5, professor @stream4u dedicated himself to giving a detailed explanation of what cryptocurrencies are, and public blockchains.
The main topic was the leading cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, the current market leader.

7 & 7.9 | 7 |
8 & 8.9 | 2 |
9 & 9.9 | 3 |
10 | 0 |
Total of entries | 18 |
Observations:
- The students decided to do the homework as quickly as possible. Simple and accurate.
- Usually the answers were the same, from the words of each student. Very few decided to innovate.
Finally, I will leave general statistics of the grades obtained by the students.
Score | Frequency |
---|---|
0 & 4.9 | 20 |
5 & 5.9 | 10 |
6 & 6.9 | 26 |
7 & 7.9 | 43 |
8 & 8.9 | 34 |
9 & 9.9 | 25 |
10 | 8 |
Total of entries | 166 |
Concluding remarks and suggestions:
- This week much fewer tasks have been uploaded than in previous weeks.
- The presentation can improve, these are the first courses and users who become students usually do not understand how to correctly prepare the tasks.
- At the beginning many students copy and paste content from the web, which they later paraphrase, many times this is almost blatant plagiarism, in the first task it is very noticeable and leads to the performance of very poor tasks or with plagiarism.
- Students should be encouraged to do more research.
- The questions for tasks 3, 4 and 5 are quite simple and the resulting tasks are much shorter.
- Most of the students begin to perform tasks from course number 1 and course number 3. They generally perform tasks of a somewhat poor level but with time they improve a lot.
- There was a considerable increase this week in courses uploaded.
Congratulations to all the students who made it this far, we understand that the requirements to do the assignments are not easy to achieve, doing the assignments is not easy either, please keep up the effort and uploading content (of the best possible quality) for Steemit.
Thanks for the summary Prof @nane15. You have done a nice work.
Please I need you to help me tell your colleague to regrade my Assignment. I am eligible for #club5050.

Hello Prof, thanks for your reply.
See the wallet transactions for the power ups. I did one two days ago and I did the second yesterday. I never really understood the rule that was why I didn't power up at once. Please check and help your student.

Talk about your case, as such we cannot, you did the second Power Up that validates # club5050 after uploading your task. Cheer up, you lost this one but you can continue with the others now that you are eligible.

Prof please, please and please.
I don't know how you see it but you know how difficult it is to do this tasks and not get a grade. It would have been better that I was told to go and do the needful and repost my work than this.
Do you really want my effort to go to waste?
