Aunque si las comparamos desde la forma en que la ve un usuario común y corriente, se diria que ambas monedas tienen la misma funcion respaldar nuestro dinero en una moneda estable que esta equiparada al dolar fisico en relación 1:1 pero , técnicamente si tiene sus diferencias tether tendira como objetivo ser intermediaria entre intercambios de criptomonedas y es por eso que hoy en día es una de las mas usadas en el mercado, por su parte Usd Coin tiene una idea un poco diferente que seria acercase un papel y un rol de desarrollo en la economía como un mecanismo mas eficiente para realizar transacciones entre criptomonedas y dinero real. ya que las transacciones internacionales son costosas y con limites que imponen los bancos centrales y es aquí cuando entran en juego las estable coin.
