Tether
Tether is a stablecoin pegged to the USD. USDT is not influenced by the markets daily fluctuations or demand
Tether is called a stablecoin because it was originally designed to always be worth $ 1.00, involving $ 1.00 in reserves for each tether issued
Tether Limited and the tether cryptocurrency are controversial because of the company's alleged role in manipulating the price of bitcoin
This is where the need for stable coins came in. one of the major stable coins is the USDT, which is pegged on US Dollars. USDT becomes a major focus point in bridging the gap between digital asset prices and fiat because of the major role played by the USD in the global economic market.
The Tether (USDT) stablecoin provides a kind of connection or better still, a bridge between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies and by so doing, it reduces the volatility of its currency and increases it's stability.

Benefit of Tether (USDT)
There are no few chances in which your value becomes zero like other cryptocurrency . Since it is a stable coin.
We can easily buy, sell on any exchange and aslo transfer it between any exchanges
Main point can be noted that its price is stable. Actually, its value is 1 USDT equal to 1 $ USD.
Crypto trading at Binance & Huobi is easy and intuitive. We can purchase Tether in just a few steps.
Conclusion
Tether is based on the Biotcoin blockchain and as such is considered highly secured. It is the first bitcoin pegged stable coin in existence, based on bitcoin chain.
This is not compulsory but it is advisable for beginners on the steemit platform to power to enable benefits from curation rewards.
