I count it as a privilege to partake in season 3 week 2 crypto academy. My knowledge about cryptocurrency is appreciating everyday. I can now confidently say I know about few cryptocurrency, this platform has really impacted me greatly and also build up every student in the world of crypto. What is PoB?
PoB means Proof of Brain. Is an act of putting creative ideas together to make a quality content in form of writing, drawing for the general public to benefit from.
PoB is when we combine the reward pool and the steem power ,the weighted mechanism and non dependent knowledge to determine whether a content is of good quality or not. The newly minted token are accumulated in the steem blockchain pool. The reward collected from this pool is called Reward pool.
Also, user can distribute and redistribute reward with their stake weighted mechanism(steem power). This support proof of brain and quality content created by every steemit users.
It also encourage the creative idea, and wisdom of every creative user because it is a decentralized system. In essence, the reward pool, good and independent knowledge to judge quality content and the stake weighted mechanism which is otherwise known as influence power.
What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain?
Curation entails some process which will be listed below.
- firstly, curator need to read the post carefully
- having read carefully, check if the content has impact in the general public or to the cryptocurrency world.
- curator should check for plagiarism or spammed content which could be harmful to the community.
- since the curator have check for plagiarism and other harmful content, if the curator find it worthy to be curated, it will be upvoted with his available voting power and if it is not found Worthy the otherwise may be done.
- If it is a quality post , it will resteemed for other user's to benefit from it.
What are the benefits of building SP?
Building Steem power is a very important practice in steemit, the first thing a newbie should put in mind is how to create a good content and building up steem power ,because it has many benifit.
When you build Steem power (SP) it gives you recognition as a user and the more the Steem power the more the voting power, when you have voting power it enhance the building of community and attract followers.
How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why?
According to my personal opinion, it is bad to upvote self post.
Because, voting power is meant to support other user's for creating a quality content and by doing this the curator gets a reward pool.
Also, it bad because quality post should be reviewed by others user, because the reviewed it and they are the beneficiary of the post or content and if they find it Worthy of upvoting the will give the post an upvote.

What are the different tokens do you earn by socializing in Steem Blockchain?
The token that is earned by socializing in steem blockchain are STEEM, SP and SBD. This reward is normally paid for quality post in steemit after content Is 7days old. For an author, it can be in form of different form of reward for different Debt Ratio.

Also, TRX is also given in which one TRX is equal to one STEEM POWER
