Facebook is one of the most popular social media platforms ever made, launched by Mark Zucearberg in 2004. Facebook now has more than approx 2 billion users from across the world. A part from being a platform where people can connect with each other. It also provide many tools that businesses can use. Even though Facebook had faced many problems with privacy and fake news. It is still used by many people, which is businesses use it for marketing . Students are assigned to write essay about Facebook because of its rule in buisness.

Advantages of Facebook

• The website allows us to share with others what you desire to share ,ask public opinion ,ask question etc.

• You can any think share your image, videos with your friends.

• You can control how much information you want to share with whom and similarly other people share their information with you.

• Facebook is a social networking website but you can use it to chat with your friends,too.

Disvantages of Facebook

• Facebook is filled with thousands of daily users from around the globe and there is no surprize if you discover a number of viruses storming through most of the pages.

• There is no surprize to believe that Facebook involves serveral hackers who actually steal other peoples account

• Through it is fun and provides humour for all your friends to see, it can be major drawback when you apply for a job

steemit is a social media platform that is dependent on a blockchain that contains cryptocurrency dependent. It can never be hacked because I told you that it is a dependent on the blockchain.

The blockchain is an chain in which all the links have to be broken in order to break something, it is impossible. So Steemit is more secure than Facebook.

Steemit is a social media and blogging platform that pays users for posting content.

Blockchain technology underpins bitcoin-the first cryptocurrency.

And similarly with steemit ,no centralized authority(Facebook,Instagram,Youtube,etc) is needed.

so no ads, no selling of your personal information ,no censorship ,etc.
