Hello Steemians!

The 8th week of Season 5 of the Steemit Crypto Academy has now ended very successfully. This was the last week of season 5 with capable 43 participants. Furthermore, many of them have performed well. So, as usual, let me expand on all the data this week as a summary.

During this time I have successfully explained Advanced Technical Analysis Using Fractals and I was able to cover almost five subtopics.

  • What are Fractals in Trading ?

  • Explanation of the major rules for identifying fractals.

  • Different Indicators that we can use for identifying Fractals easily.

  • Exploring Fractals through charts.

  • How to use Fractals for Successful Trading.

According to the above-mentioned topics, 43 participants were able to submit their homework posts under the tag of #reddileep-s5week8. Here they had to present a homework post under the following questions.

  • 1- Define Fractals in your own words.

  • 2- Explain major rules for identifying fractals. (Screenshots required)

  • 3- What are the different Indicators that we can use for identifying Fractals easily? (Screenshots required)

  • 4- Graphically explore Fractals through charts. (Screenshots required)

  • 5- Do a better Technical Analysis identifying Fractals and make a real purchase of a coin at a suitable entry point. Then sell that purchased coin before the next resistance line. Here you can use any other suitable indicator to find the correct entry point in addition to the fractal. (Screenshots required)

So, according to all participants' performances, I've graded them considering, Originality of their submissions, Post Presentation, and Quality of the content. Below I've included summarized data of all the submissions.

  • Plagiarized - Those participants who included plagiarized contents
  • Below average - scores below 5.
  • Average - scores within 5 and 6.9.
  • Good - scores within 7 and 8.9.
  • Excellent - scores within 9 and 10.
  • Invalid Entries - Unqualified participants

Observations and Corrections.png

According to the above-mentioned data, we can see most of the participants have performed very well. However, I have graded all of them after analyzing their content carefully. Furthermore, here I've considered below included details to evaluate their homework submissions.

  • In the 1st question, the students had to define the Fractals in their own words. In fact, all the students had much knowledge about the Crypto Field. Therefore, they had defined it very well. Some of them had included some of their own illustrations too. So, I can say that they are very dedicated to Crypto related presentations.

  • In the 2nd question, the students had to explain major rules for identifying fractals by providing clear screenshots. Here my main purpose was to make students aware of identifying fractals according to specific major rules. So over 80% of students have done it successfully.

  • In the 3rd question, the students had to explore different Indicators that we can use for identifying Fractals easily. Here I expected a deep analysis regarding each indicator in addition to performing a chart analysis.

  • In the 4th question, the students had to graphically explore Fractals through charts. Actually, here the student needed to identify Fractals through their own eyes without using any indicator. We can say that this is a task that goes beyond traditional graph analysis.

  • Finally, the students had to do a better Technical Analysis identifying Fractals and making a real purchase of a coin at a suitable entry point. After that, they needed to sell that purchased coin before the next resistance line. And also, they should demonstrate all the relevant details in their trading setup including entry point, exit point, support levels and resistance levels. A few students had included some additional indicators to demonstrate their trading practice.

  • Furthermore, as usually, I considered the quality of their presentation including spellings mistakes and markdown errors. Here 90% of participants were able to perform well.
