BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

Blockchain technology have systematically modify a lot of human endeavors like Financial sectors, entertainment, artistic and intellectual property, Real estate etc. This human activities have witnessed a significant developmental process due to the Incorporation of the innovative services of Blockchain technology.

Owning of the benefits of the Blockchain technology, many human endeavors like the ones mentioned above and more have their project and protocols to be very reliable, transparent, trackable and highly decentralized so as not to be monotonous and poorly directives of a central authority.

The encryption and decryption process of the Blockchain technology and it's immutability have improves the security in those human endeavors as crime and dishonesty have plagued them for years. Blockchain technology have made those activities more secure and attractive.

INTERNET OF THINGS

In a given region, there are many Physical appliances that are present for various reasons like comfortability, leisure or work etc can be connect and exchange data with each other and other devices over the internet and other communication systems. The interconnectivity of these appliances/devices and system with the internet have been improves their services and usage can be aptly refers to as the INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT).

This technological process can be achieved via the embedded several sensors and an enabling software on those devices making their smarter and easy to use. The control of these devices are stress-less approaches and their control are remotely operated by their owners.

WHAT'S THE FUTURE PLANS OF THE INTERNET OF THINGS AND HOW CAN IT BE ACHIEVED WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY?

Internet of Things have a technological abilities to encompass all human endeavors as every activities can be technically empowered to achieve their best. These activities of humans have witnessed the Technical power of the internet of things. Although limited in certain areas but they are worthy to be appreciated. Those human activities includes:

  • HOUSEHOLD/OFFICE APPLIANCES

Appliances/devices used at homes and offices have been enhanced with embedded sensors and enabling software to be interconnected with each other over the internet. This interconnectivity have improves their services and their capabilities. They are now multitasking and very best in their services. They are easy to be use and can be operated remotely via smartphones etc. There's an enhanced Security in those regions as there's a security alert whenever there's a breach by the intruders with the improvement in the Security architecture of the home and office like the advancement of CCTV project etc. Fire outbreak and other disasterious situations have been checkmated with the help of this important technological process.

  • HEALTHCARE

There are many appliances equipped to help people with disabilities like hearing/vision impaired individuals etc. Such appliances makes life easier for them. Voice control appliances and cochlear implants have enhances the hearing capabilities of individuals with impaired hearing abilities. Emergency care have been offered in time to elderly people as they can alert their health care providers thereby saving lives.

  • AGRICULTURE

The Security of the farmland and other agricultural services like the soil testing, feed production etc have been improved with the technological advancement of the internet of things. These sectors of the agriculture and more have witness an enhancement ushered in by the internet of things and still have the potential to grow.

  • LAND USES MANAGEMENT

Uses at which parcels of lands have been subjected to within a region, cities, countries etc can be managed efficiently via the Internet of things. If these uses both the formal like residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural etc and informal activities are not managed efficiently, there will be havoc and disasters. Which will be injurious to humans. Land records, traffic, houses can be managed efficiently via Technological abilities of the internet of things to avoid dangerous situations like crimes, accident, congestions etc.

INVOLVEMENT OF THE BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY OVER INTERNET OF THINGS IN THE FUTURE

Since both blockchain technology and internet of things are flourishing and "new" sectors that can be enhanced and have potential to be connected with each other to bring out more advantageous technological process.

In the future, there will be more appliances and users over the internet of things, huge data generated can be very slow to be processed (i.e, scalable problem) over the system. Blockchain technology have high scalable power with great and fast processing power can be employed into the internet of things to be very faster and handle vast data generated in their system.

In the area of privacy and Security, although the internet of things are flourishing in the areas but can be enhanced with the cryptographic power of Blockchain so that the data can be highly encrypted, immutable and ready to be use against the intruders/defaulters. The issues of hacking can be avoided too.

Internet of things can be operated at a point over the system but the Blockchain technology enjoys a very good decentralized system which can be employed into the platform of internet of things to be easily manipulated by various nodes of the system. This ability will improve it's operations, Security breach monitored and encourage high effectiveness of the process too.

FILAMENT

FILAMENT is an Internet of things "IOT" company that is based in Reno, Nevada, USA which have developed several hardwares and software that can allow the various devices connected over internet of things to interact with the Blockchain securely. With these interconnectivity, the processing power of those devices are enhanced and handle huge data generated.
